SA PANGINOONG DIYOS ANG KALUWALHATIAN SA PAMAMAGITAN NG PANGINOONG JESUCRISTO

"Noong unang siglo sa Jerusalem, ay itinayo ng Panginoog Jesucristo ang kanyang Iglesia na tinawag sunod sa kanyang pangalan, iglesya ni Cristo (Roma 16:16) subalit pinagpauna na ng Panginoong Jesukristo na babangon ang maraming mga bulaang o hindi tunay na mgangangaral na magliligaw sa kanyang mga alagad na magbubunga ng pagtalikod sa pananampalataya.

"Ipinagpauna na rin ng Panginoong Jesucristo na ang kanyang mga lingkod na nanindigan sa pananampalataya ay papatayin.

"Bagamat ang iglesia ni Cristo na itinatag noong unang siglo ay natalikod sa pananampalataya magkagayonman ay ipinagpauna na ng Panginoong Jesucristo nay mayroon pa siyang ibang mga tupa o mga alagad (Juan 10:16). At sila’y magiging isang kawan. Ayon sa mga apostol, sila ay magmumula sa malayo. Malayong panahon at dako (Gawa 2:39).

"Ito’y pinagpauna sa aklat ni propeta Isaias na mga anak ng Diyos na magmumula sa malayong silangan sa mga pulo ng dagat (Isaias 24:15).

"Natupad ang mga hulang ito ng Banal na Kasulatan sa bansang Pilipinas na nasa malayong silangan na binubuo ng mga pulo…"

Bigyan diin ang mga sumusunod:

A. Noong unang siglo sa Jerusalem, ay itinayo ng Panginoong Jesucristo ang kanyang Iglesia.
B. Ang iglesia ay sunod sa pangalan ni Cristo.
C. Babangon ang maraming mga bulaang propeta o hindi tunay na mangangaral.
D. Ang kanyang mga lingkod na nanindigan sa pananampalataya ay papatayin.
E. Ang iglesiang itinayo ng Panginoong Jesucristo ay natalikod sa pananampalataya.
F. Mayroon pa siyang ibang tupa o mga alagad na magmumula sa malayo.
G. Bansang Pilipinas ang bansang nagmumula sa malayong silangan.

Hindi matibay ang pundasyon ng pagkakatatag ng Iglesia Ni Cristo® 1914.  Ang kaniyang pundasyon ay NAKABATAY lamang sa kanilang DOKTRINA ng GANAP na PAGTALIKOD (TOTAL APOSTASY) raw ng IGLESIA KATOLIKA na sa 'PASIMULA ay SIYANG  [tunay na] IGLESIA NI CRISTO' ayon sa kanilang opisyal na magasin (Pasugo Abril 1966, p. 46).

Kung gagamitin natin ang kanilang lohika, walang INC™ 1914 kung walang pagtalikod ng tunay na Iglesia ni Cristo na tatag ng Panginoong Jesus noong Unang Siglo.

ANG TANONG: KAILAN BA NATALIKOD NA GANAP ANG IGLESIANG TATAG NI CRISTO?

Ayon sa Iglesia Ni Cristo® 1914, ang IGLESIA KATOLIKA raw ang totoong Iglesia ni Cristo na itinatag ng Panginoon sa Jerusalem noong Unang Siglo (PASUGO Abril 1966, p. 46) ngunit NATALIKOD daw ito ng GANAP. Ibig sabhin ng "ganap" ay WALANG NATIRA at "NALIPOL NA LAHAT" (Pasugo Enero 1964, p. 2).

Ang GANAP na PAGTALIKOD ay naganap raw ito noong NAMATAY NA ang lahat ng mga ALAGAD ni Cristo (PASUGO God's Message, February 2012,  pp. 27-29).  NALIPOL na raw LAHAT ng mga tagasunod ni Cristo na TAPAT sa ARAL ni CRISTO.

AT DAHIL NATALIKOD at NALIPOL na LAHAT ng mga TUNAY na ALAGAD at TAGA-SUNOD ni Cristo kaya't KINAKAILANGAN ng DIYOS ng isang tao upang ITATAG MULI ang "KANIYANG IGLESIA".

Ayon sa kanilang aral, ang PAGTALIKOD daw na GANAP ng BUONG IGLESIA NI CRISTO na tatag ng ating Panginoong Jesus ay 'HINULAAN" daw sa Biblia. Ngunit WALA silang 'unified Bible verse na makakapagpatunay na hinulaan nga sa Biblia ang pagtalikod ng Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo.

Ang sabi ng isang Muslim Imam rito ay "TAGPI-TAGPI" [panoorin dito ang video]. Kuha sa Lumang Tipan, itagpi sa Bagong Tipan. Halimbawa ay Zakarias (13:8-9) at sa Gawa (2:39, 20:28), Roma (16:16) at saka ibuod kay Juan (10:16) upang MAKABUO ng SAKNONG na SASAKTO sa KANILANG nais palabasin [basahin itong paliwanag ng "Ang Pagbubunyag".

Sa kanilang pagnanais na PATUNAYAN na ang INC™ 1914 nga raw ay ang siyang tunay na pagmamay-ari ni Cristo BIBLIA ang kanilang gamit na PANLOKO at marami na silang NALINLANG na kaluluwa, tulad ng pagnanais ni Satanas na linlangin ang Panginoong Jesus gamit ang Banal na Salita ng Diyos (Mateo 4:6).

At ang RESULTA ng kanilang "TAGPI-TAGPING ARAL" ay LILITAW (raw) muli ang "tunay" na IGLESIA at natupad raw ito kay Ginoong Felix Y. Manalo noong itatag niya ang kanyang Iglesia sa Pilipinas noong 1914 (PASUGO February 2012, pp. 27-29)!

HINDI PA NATATALIKOD ANG UNANG IGLESIA NI CRISTO ~ ANG IGLESIA KATOLIKA!

Ito ay ayon na rin sa kanilang magasing PASUGO, Abril 1966, p. 46 (ang pagdidiin ay amin):

“Ang totoo hanggang sa kasalukuyan ay patuloy na ginagawa ni Satanas ang pagpapasok ng mga maling aral sa Iglesia Katolika na sa pasimula'y siyang Iglesia ni Cristo. Sadyang matalino at tuso ang diablo. Hindi niya ginawang biglaan ang pagtalikod sa Iglesiang itinayo ni Cristo noong unang siglo."

Kabuuan ng kanilang sinabi sa Pasugo:

• Mula noong Unang Siglo hanggang 'ngayon' (1966) ay hindi pa natatalikod ang tunay ang Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo.
• Ang orihinal at tunay na Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo noong una ay ang Iglesia Katolika at hindi ang registered trademark na  Iglesia Ni Cristo® 1914
• Kung di pa natatalikod noong 1966 ang tunay na iglesia, lalabas na ang iglesiang tatag ni Felix Manalo noong 1914 ay huwad ~peke~ fake~!

ANG TUNAY NA IGLESIANG TATAG NI CRISTO  AYON SA KASAYSAYAN

A. ANG PAGKAKATATAG SA JERUSALEM

Taong 33 A.D., ITINATAG ng Panginoong Jesucristo sa Jerusalem ang KANYANG IGLESIA.  Ito ay NASUSULAT sa lahat ng AKLAT ng KASAYSAYAN ng tao. Katulad ng Islam na itinatag ni Muhammad noong ika-7 siglo, ay nakatitik din sa aklat ng kasaysayan. Maging ang IGLESIA PROTESTANTE at nang mga nagsulputang mga SEKTA nito na mahigit sa 30,000 na  ay nakasulat sa mga aklat ng kasaysayan. Ang kasaysayan ng PAGKAKATATAG ng korporasyong IGLESIA NI CRISTO® ay NAKASULAT po sa aklat ng Kasaysayan.

Bago pa nauso ang pagpaparehistro ng mga tatag na korporasyong iglesia sa kinasasakupang bayan o bansa, ang orihinal na IGLESIA NI CRISTO ay ITINATAG ng PANGINOONG JESUS sa JERUSALEM. Mula noon, WALANG ibang pinapatungkulan ang salitang IGLESIA kundi ang KAY CRISTO. Kaya't by default ang salitang IGLESIA ay walang ibang pinatutungkulan kundi ang NAG-IISANG IGLESIANG KAY CRISTO ~ang "IGLESIA KATOLIKA NA SA PASIMULA AY SIYANG IGLESIA NI CRISTO" (PASUGO Abril 1966, p. 46).

Maging ang mga nakasulat sa mga Encyclopedias walang ibang kinikilalang UNANG IGLESIANG pagmamay-ari si Cristo kundi ang IGLESIA KATOLIKA.

The Roman Catholic Church traces its history to Jesus Christ and the Apostles. Ayon sa mga dalubhasang manunulat ng kasaysayan, ang Iglesia Katolika ay siyang may direktang kasaysayan pabalik sa panahon ni Jesus at ng mga alagad. Sa aklat ni James Hitchcock, History of the Catholic Church, ibinuod niya rito kung ano ang Iglesia Katolika ayon sa kasaysayan ng tao.

The Catholic Church is the longest-enduring institution in the world. Beginning with the first Christians and continuing in our present day, the Church has been planted in every nation on earth.  

The Catholic Church claims Jesus Christ himself as her founder, and in spite of heresy from within and hostility from without, she remains in the twenty-first century the steadfast guardian of belief in his life, death, and resurrection. The teachings and redemptive works of Jesus as told in the Gospels are expressed by the Church in a coherent and consistent body of doctrine, the likes of which cannot be found in any other Christian body.

B. ANG IGLESIA SUNOD SA PANGALAN NI CRISTO

Bagamat ang CRISTO at JESUS ay tumutukoy sa iisang pagkakakilanlan sa Anak ng Diyos na nagkatawang-tao, ang JESUS ay PANGALAN at ang CRISTO ay ang Kanyang tungkulin.  Ayon sa Mateo 1:21; Lukas 1:31 JESUS ang ipapangalan sa IPAPANGANAK ng Birheng Maria ayon kay San Gabriel Arkanghel.

Ang Cristo ay MESIAS sa salitang Hebreo o TAGAPAGLIGTAS sa wikang Filipino. Ang literal na pakahulugan nito ay "ang Siyang Pinahiran ~ the Annointed One". Kaya't HINDI po mismong pangalan ang "Cristo" kundi JESUS.

Kung susundin natin ang lohika ng mga INC™, ang iglesiang tatag ng Panginoong Jesus ay IGLESIA NI JESUS ang dapat na ipangalan alinsunod sa pangalan ng nagtatag.

At ganoon din sa INC™, dahil si Ginoong Felix Manalo ang nagtatag ng INC™ sa Pilipinas ay dapat  lamang na isunod ito sa pangalan ng nagtatag ~ IGLESIA NI FELIX MANALO o IGLESIA NI MANALO.

At kung ipagpupumilit nila na ang 'Cristo' ay isang pangalan, dapat lamang palang isunod sa titulo ni G. Felix Manalo ang kanyang Iglesia bilang "Iglesia ng Ibong Mandaragit" o kaya'y "Iglesia ng Huling Sugo sa Mga Huling Araw" o "Iglesia ng Anghel".

[BASAHIN: Hindi raw Iglesia Katolika ang tunay na Iglesia ni Cristo?]

C. BABANGON ANG MARAMING BULAANG PROPETA 

Pagkatapos malipol daw ng lahat ng mga alagad ni Cristo at TUMALIKOD na ganap na raw ang buong Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo ay nagsilitawan raw ang mga BULAANG PROPETA ayon sa turo ng INC™ 1914.

Gamit ang Banal na Kasulatan, kanilang sipiin ang Mateo 24:11 "At magsisibangon ang maraming bulaang propeta, at kanilang ililigaw ang marami."

At dudugtungan nila ng susog mula sa Mateo 24:4 na ganito ang pagkasabi "At sumagot si Jesus at winika sa kanila, 'Mangagingat kayo na huwag maliligaw ninoman." 

Ito ang wika ng isang Imam ng Islam ukol sa paggamit ng mga INC™ 1914 sa biblia:

"Ang Biblia ba ninyo ay gawa ba ninyo yan?"  

Sabi, "Hindi!"  

"San ba nagmula ang biblia ninyo?" 

Sabi niya, "Sa iglesia, sa Iglesia Katolika Apostolika Romana." 

Sabi ko, "Iglesia Ni Cristo kayo, tapos yung Biblia ninyo ay nagmula sa Romana Katolika Apostolika? Hindi sila nakakaintindi sa Biblia nila, aklat ng Katoliko, hindi sila nakakaintindi. At kayong mga Iglesia Ni Cristo, NAGBABASA lamang, sa AKLAT NG MGA KATOLIKO, kayo ang nakakaintindi? Dahil the HISTORY OF THE BIBLE, we cannot deny, the history of the Bible was compiled, collected by the early Christian Catholics. While the Roman Catholics in this latest century they are reading the Bible, at ang BIBLIA ORIGINAL ay NAGMULA sa ROMANO KATOLIKO!  

"Imposible na ang GUMAWA sa Biblia ng ROMANO KATOLIKO ay maiimpierno. Yung lumikha sa Biblia maiimpierno. Yung NAGBABASA maparaiso? Imposible naman! 

Ang mga INC™ 1914 ay MALING-MALI sa kanilang pagsipi sa Banal na Biblia. OUT OF CONTEXT ika nga. Hindi nila nalalaman na ang tinutukoy sa Mateo na DARATING na mga MARAMING BULAANG PROPETA ay ISA na roon ang kanilang sugong si FELIX MANALO. Sapagkat HINDI NAMAN NATALIKOD ang Iglesia kundi TAO ang tumalikod sa Iglesia at ITONG mga TAONG TUMALIKOD ay kinasangkapan ng Diablo at nagiging mga BULAANG PROPETA.

Sino ang mga BULAANG PROPETA na tinutukoy sa Biblia? Basahin niyo itong BABALA ni Apostol San Juan:

"Mumunting mga anak, sumapit na ang huling oras.  Batay sa inyong narinig na dumarating na ang anti-Cristo, marami nang anti-Cristo ang dumating; kung kaya nalalaman nating sumapit na ang huling oras. Sa atin sila nanggaling ngunit hindi sila atin, sapagkat kung sila ay atin, nanatili sana sila sa atin. Subalit ito ay nangyari upang matanyag na silang lahat ay hindi atin." -1 Juan 1:18-19 (ang pagdidiin ay atin)

NAGBABALA si Apostol San Juan ukol sa PAGDATING NG MGA ANTI-CRISTO o ang KALABAN NI CRISTO!

PAANO sila MAKIKILALA? Simple!

Sa 'CHECK LIST' na ibinigay ni Apostol San Juan, ang PALATANDAAN ay ang mga sumusunod:

• Sila'y DATING KAANIB sa Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo noong Unang Siglo
• Sila'y TATALIKOD sa Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo noong Unang Siglo.
• Sila'y HINDI NA ATIN sapagkat kung sila'y sa atin ay mananatili sana sila sa atin (sa tunay na Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo noong Unang Siglo).
• Mahahayag ang kanilang pagka-bulaang propeta sapagkat sila'y TUMALIKOD at ngayon ay KUMAKALABAN sa atin!

Sa kasaysayan ng Santa Iglesia, narito ang mga personalidad na TUMALIKOD sa tunay na Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo noong Unang Siglo at dahilan ng pagkawatak-watak ng Bayan ng Diyos:

• ARIUS ~ [256 A.D. - 336 A.D. Gitnang Silangan at Hilagang Africa] Siya ay isang dating pari ng Iglesia sa Alexandria, Egypt ngunit tumalikod. Siya ay nangaral na si Jesus ay Diyos ngunit mas mababa kaysa sa Diyos Ama. Ang kanyang maling aral ay kinondena ng Iglesia sa Unang Konseho ng Nicea (325 A.D.).

• MARTIN LUTHER ~ [1483 - 1546 Europa at America] Siya ay paring monghe ayon sa disiplina ng OSA (Ordo Sancti Agustini (L), isang propesor ngunit siya ay tumalikod. Siya ay nagnanais na isulong ang reporma sa Iglesia ngunit dala ng kanyang malalim na poot sa mga namumuno sa Iglesia, siya ay nagrebelde (protesta) kaya't sumulpot ang Iglesia Protestante. Mula 1517 nagkawatak-watak ang Kristianismo at mula 1549 nabalahura ang Salita ng Diyos na dahilan upang lalong maraming tumalikod sa tunay na turo ni Cristo.

• FELIX Y. MANALO ~ [1886 - 1963 Pilipinas at Asia] Siya ay binyagan at lumaking Katoliko hanggang siya ay tumalikod noong 1902. Taong 1903 siya ay umanib sa mga kulto sa kabundukan ng Banahaw at San Cristobal (Quezon) hanggang siya ay tuluyang umanib sa mga sekta ng Iglesia Protestante na dala ng mga Amerikano. Una siyang umanib sa mga Methodists. Hindi nasiyahan sa mga Methodists at lumipat sa mga Presbyterians. Hindi nasiyahan sa mga Presbyterians, umanib sa Alliance of Christian Missionaries. Hindi nasiyahan sa mga ACM kaya't lumipat sa Seventh Day Adventists o mga Sabadista. Di nasiyahan sa mga Sabadista kaya't dito niya napagtanto na siya na mismo ang magtatag ng kanyang iglesia at papangalanang "Iglesia Ni Kristo" (INK), pinarehistro noong Hulyo 27, 1914 ngunit di kalauna'y pinalitan ng "Iglesia Ni Cristo" (INC). Noong 1919 siya ay nagtungo sa Estados Unidos upang mag-aral sa Pacific School of Religion isang paaralan ng mga Protestante (Pasugo Hulyo 1964, p. 182) sa paaralang tinuturing niyang mga "kay Satanas o sa demonyo" (Pasugo Agosto 1961, p. 39).  Noong 1922 bumalik siya ng Pilipinas at doon nagsimulang mangaral na siya (Felix Y. Manalo) ay ang katuparan daw ng mga hula sa Biblia at inangkin ang titulo bilang "Huling Sugo ng Diyos sa mga Huling Araw".

Dito tayo nakakasiguro na sa mga katulad nila ay mga ANTI-CRISTO. Silang mga nagsasabi na TUMALIKOD ang Iglesia. Ngunit ang katotohanan ay SILA ANG TUMALIKOD sa Iglesia.  "Sa atin sila nanggaling ngunit hindi sila atin, sapagkat kung sila ay atin, nanatili sana sila sa atin. Subalit ito ay nangyari upang matanyag na silang lahat ay hindi atin." -1 Juan 1:18-19

Ang PAGLILIGAW, PAGSISINUNGALING, PANLILINLANG nila ay tumpak na naging dahilan ng PAGTALIKOD rin ng maraming tao sa Iglesia ay KATUPARAN na nga ng mga HULA sa Biblia ukol sa pagdating ng mga BULAANG PROPETA o mga HUWAD na mga MANGANGARAL!

D. ANG KANYANG MGA LINGKOD NA NANINDIGAN SA PANANAMPALATAYA AY PAPATAYIN

KATHANG-ISIP lamang na sabihin ng INC™ 1914 na WALANG NATIRANG KRISTIANO  mula nang MAMATAY ang mga Apostol.  Sa mga nagsusuri, isang MALAKING KASINUNGALINGAN. MAPANLINLANG ang sasabihin na "walang natira" sa mga tagasunod ni Cristo mula nang namatay ang mga Apostol (c. 110 A.D.).  Tunay nga na NAGANAP na ang mga HULA sa Biblia ukol sa pagdating ng mga BULAANG PROPETA! Gagawin lahat upang mandaya at manlinlang!

Hindi po totoo na 'walang natira' sa mga tagasunod ni Cristo mula nang namatay ang mga Apostol.  Sa katunayan, LALONG LUMAGO ang mga mananampalataya habang ang mga UNANG KRISTIANO ay INUUSIG.

Umpisahan natin sa ating Panginoong Jesucristo. Siya ay PINATAY hindi dahil sa siya ay masamang tao.  Siya ay PINATAY dahil NANINDIGAN siya sa KATOTOHANAN.

Ano ang katotohanan na pinanindigan ni Cristo?

Na SIYA NGA AY DIYOS na nagkatawang-TAO!  Siya ay isinakdal ng mga Punong Saserdote at ng mga Hudyo sa salang "BLASPHEMY" o sa wikang Filipino ay ang PAGLAPASTANGAN SA DIYOS.  Siya na nasa kalagayan bilang TAO ay NAGPAPANGGAP RAW na Diyos. At dahil si Cristo ay isang TAPAT at MATUWID na 'TAO' ay hindi niya ito tinatwa kundi NIYAKAP niya ang kamatayan kaysa itakwil ang KATOTOHANANG SIYA NGA AY DIYOS sa kalagayan ng TAO!

"Hindi ka namin binabato dahil sa mabuting gawain kundi ikaw na isang TAO lamang ay nagpapanggap na DIYOS." (Juan 10:33b)

Si Cristo nga ay Diyos na nagkatawang tao! Si Jesus ~ VERBO ~ DIYOS ~ nagkatawang-TAO (Juan 1:1-4). At bagama't si JESUS ay NASA ANYONG DIYOS, nagpakababa, INARI ang KATANGIAN ng isang TAO, at NIYAKAP ang KAMATAYAN ~ oo, kamatayan sa KRUS. Kaya't sa Kanyang KALAGAYANG-TAO ay DINARANGAL siya ng DIYOS AMA at ginawa siyang DAKILA sa LAHAT ng bagay na NILALANG. At sa pamamagitan NIYA ang lahat ng tuhod maninikluhod, lahat ng dila idadakila SIYA bilang PANGINOON! (Filipos 2:4-9)

KUNG PINATAY ANG PANGINOON DAHIL SA KATOTOHANAN, HINDI NAKAHIHIGIT  ang mga alagad. Kung INUSIG, pinahirapan at pinatay si Cristo alang-alang sa katotohanan, sila rin ay nakaranas nito. Sila ay PINATAY (maliban kay Apostol San Juan na namatay dahil sa katandaan noong c. 110 A.D.).

Bagamat sila ay PINAHIRAPAN, INUSIG at PINATAY, lalong NAGNINGAS ang PANANAMPALATAYA ng mga KRISTIANO sa Diyos.  At ang kanilang mga DUGO bilang mga MARTIR ay naging BINHI ng PANANAMPALATAYA na UMUSBONG hanggang sa kasalukuhan.

Sila'y mga TAPAT na SAKSI sa KATOTOHANAN, magigiting na IPINAGTANGGOL ang katotohanan. Sa kabila ng banta sa kanilang mga buhay, mas pinili nilang IALAY  ito alang alang sa kanilang pananampalataya. Hindi nila ipinagkanulo ang Katotohanan ng ating pananampalatayang NATANGGAP mula sa kay CRISTO at sa mga APOSTOL.

Narito ang ilan sa mga PINASLANG na mga TAGASUNOD ni Cristo at ng mga ALAGAD.

Mula kay CRISTO at sa mga APOSTOL ang PAGPUPUTONG ng KAMAY sa kanilang mga KAHALILI ay HINDI NAPUTOL (unbroken line of succession)  halimbawa kay Apostol SAN PEDRO, humalili si LINUS, sumunod si ANACLETUS, sumunod si CLEMENT I, sumunod si EVARISTUS. Sila ang unang APAT na humalili kay Apostol San Pedro.  At sa kasalukuyan, si PAPA FRANCISCO ang ika-266 na kahalili ni Apostol San Pedro.

Katulad ng mga BAYANI ng mga bansa, ang KAMATAYAN ng isang tao ay hindi katapusan kundi ito ay PATUNAY na sa kabila ng kamatayan, ang katotohan ay HINDI mapapatay ninoman.

KATOTOHANAN nga na PINASLANG ang mga NANINDIGAN sa KATOTOHANAN ngunit HINDI namatay ang KATOTOHANAN sa kanilang kamatayan kundi ang katotohanan ay UMUSBONG at naging BINHI ng PANANAMPALATAYANG KRISTIANISMO na PINATUNAYAN ng mga MARTIR at mga SANTO hanggang sa KASALUKUYAN, hanggang sa pagbabalik ng Panginoon!

Ang HAPDI ng PAGHIHIRAP ng mga ALAGAD ay alang-alang sa KATOTOHANAN at ang MAKALANGIT na GANTIMPALA ayon kay APOSTOL SAN PABLO ay KALIGTASAN ng mga HINIRANG (2 Timoteo 2:8-13):

Beloved: Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David: such is my gospel, for which I am suffering, even to the point of chains, like a criminal. But the word of God is not chained. Therefore, I bear with everything for the sake of those who are chosen, so that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, together with eternal glory. 

This saying is trustworthy: If we have died with him we shall also live with him; if we persevere we shall also reign with him. But if we deny him he will deny us. If we are unfaithful he remains faithful, for he cannot deny himself.

E. ANG PAGKATALIKOD

Sa JERUSALEM itinatag ng Panginoong JESUS ang TUNAY na IGLESIA! IPINANGAKO niya sa mga ALAGAD na HINDING-HINDI ito MATATALIKOD kailanman (Mt. 16:16-18).

Kanyang sinabi:  "Lilipas ang langit at lupa ngunit di lilipas ang aking mga salita." (Mt. 24:35)!

Itong PANGUNGUSAP ng Panginoon ay TOTOO mula noon hanggang NGAYON! Ni isa sa mga SINALITA ng Panginoong Jesucristo ang HINDI MABABALI.

Dugtong pa ni Jesus na  SIYA ay MANANATILI sa kanyang IGLESIA HANGGANG sa KATAPUSAN NG MUNDO: "Tandaan ninyo na ako ay sumasainyo sa lahat ng araw hanggang sa wakas ng daigdig". (Mt. 28). ITO AY ISA ring PANGAKO!  At uulitin natin, kapag SI JESUS ang NANGUSAP, HINDI ITO MABABALI (Mt. 24:35)

Ang mga BULAANG PROPETA ay nagpahayag ng SALUNGAT sa mga PANGAKO ni Cristo. Ipinangangaral nila na ang mga WINIKA ng Panginoon ay NABALI ~ DI NATUPAD! At ang kanyang mga PANGAKO ay LUMIPAS at DI NAGKATOTOO.

Pinalalabas ng mga BULAANG PROPETA na si JESUS ay isang SINUNGALING! Na ang kanyang mga SALITA ay WALANG SAYSAY.

PINALALABAS ng mga BULAANG PROPETA na ang Panginoong JESUS ay NAGKAMALI, NAGSINUNGALING at nagwika ng PANLILINLANG. Ngunit alam natin na ang GAWAING PANLILINLANG ay GAWAIN ng DIABLO. Sapagkat ang diablo ay ang AMA ng PANLILINLANG.

Sino ang mga NANLILINLANG, si JESUS ba o ang mga BULAANG PROPETA? Samakatuwid ang mga Bulaang Propeta ay mga KAMPON ni Satanas na ama ng PANLILINLANG!

Ang mga BULAANG PROPETA ay TUSO at mga MANLILINLANG Inaangkin nila na SILA raw ay ang TUNAY na Iglesia. Sila raw ay mga HULING PROPETA tulad ni JOSEPH SMITH, tagapagtatag ng MORMONISM noong Abril 6, 1830 sa New York USA; at ni Ginoong FELIX Y. MANALO na siya raw ang ang HULING SUGO NG DIYOS SA MGA HULING ARAW o isang ANGHEL, si Felix Manalo ang nagtatag ng IGLESIA NI CRISTO noong Hulyo 27, 1914 sa Sitio Punta, Sta. Ana, Maynila, Pilipinas.

Si Ginoong Smith at si Ginoong Manalo ay parehong nangangaral ng TOTAL APOSTASY upang SUMAKTO ang kanilang aral na SILA na ngayon ang tunay. Pingangaral ng mga BULAANG PROPETA na ang IGLESIANG TATAG NI CRISTO ay NATALIKOD na raw na GANAP (Total Apostasy) kaya't KAILANGANG ITATAG ito sa pamamagitan ni Ginoong Smith at ni Ginoong Manalo, dalawang umaangking HULING PROPETA at HULING ANGHEL ngunit hindi magkasundo kung sino sa kanila ang tunay na HULI at di magkasundo kung ang MULING PAGLITAW ba ng TUNAY na Iglesiang tatag ni Cristo na TUMALIKOD ay ang MORMONISM o ang IGLESIA NI CRISTO®! Ginagawa nila ito upang MALINLANG ang Iglesia at may mga aanib sa kanila.  Naparito sila upang PASINUNGALINGAN ang mga pangako ni Cristo.

NATUPAD na nga ang mga hula sa Biblia. Ang babala ni Cristo sa PAGDATING ng mga ANTI-CRISTO o mga BULAANG PROPETA ~ mga KAAWAY NI CRISTO, ang babala sa atin ay ganito: 'MANGAG-INGAT KAYO NA HUWAG MALILIAGAW NINOMAN." (Mt. 24:4)

Bilang Iglesiang TATAG ni Cristo, ang IGLESIA KATOLIKA ang KAISA-ISANG IGLESIA may kasaysayang pabalik sa PANAHON ni CRISTO at ng mga APOSTOL.  Ito ay NASUSULAT lahat sa mga AKLAT ng KASAYSAYAN.

Catholic Herald: BBC admits it underestimated the Church’s opposition to Hitler

The BBC conceded it was false to describe the Church as being 'silent' in the face of Nazism

The BBC’s internal watchdog has found that a programme wrongly accused the Catholic Church of “silence” about the Holocaust.

After Pope Francis’s visit to Auschwitz in July, BBC One’s 6pm news bulletin carried a report which stated: “Silence was the response of the Catholic Church when Nazi Germany demonised Jewish people and then attempted to eradicate Jews from Europe.”

In response, the cross-bench peer Lord Alton of Liverpool and Fr Leo Chamberlain, the former headmaster of Ampleforth, made an official complaint.

Nearly six months later, the BBC’s editorial complaints unit has now concluded that the item was unfair. According to the unit, the BBC reporter “did not give due weight to public statements by successive popes or the efforts made on the instructions of Pius XII to rescue Jews from Nazi persecution, and perpetuated a view which is at odds with the balance of evidence.”

Pope Pius XII, who was the pontiff during World War II, has been accused of silent acquiescence to the Holocaust, most famously by a 1999 book, Hitler’s Pope, which sparked a major controversy among historians. Its author, John Cornwell, has since backed down on some of his claims.

In a blog post criticising the BBC report, Lord Alton pointed out that several historians had praised Pius’s achievements in the fight against Nazism. The peer quoted Pinchas Lapide, a Jewish historian and Israeli diplomat, as saying that Pius XII “was instrumental in saving at least 700,000, but probably as many as 860,000 Jews from certain death at Nazi hands.”

Through its diplomatic network, the Holy See under Pius XII helped Jews to travel safely out of Eastern Europe. It also issued baptismal certificates to Hungarian Jews to help them escape. Thousands of Jews were also sheltered in the Vatican itself.

Lord Alton quoted the Jewish Chronicle’s praise of Pius (“Such actions will always be remembered”) and Albert Einstein’s remark in 1940 that “only the Church stood squarely across the path of Hitler’s campaign for suppressing the truth … I am forced thus to confess that what I once despised I now praise unreservedly.”

First, allow me to start this short article with what might be deemed a startling confession: I am not a Catholic, nor am I even a Christian. In fact, I am a secular Muslim and an avid reader of philosophy and history with an unswerving commitment to the unmitigated truth no matter where it is even, nay especially, if it runs counter to commonly held beliefs.

I have spent the last few years researching the history of Christianity, especially the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages, and was shocked to discover that almost everything we had been taught about Catholicism was erroneous and apparently affected by anti-Catholic bias. In contradistinction to what most people both in the West and Middle East think, the Catholic Church and Church Fathers did not suppress science, reason, and knowledge. Quite the opposite, in many cases they even encouraged the acquisition of secular learning and the pursuit of science, and placed a high premium on man’s rational faculties. I was also astonished to discover that the “dark" Middle Ages were not intellectually barren after all. This period was not one of utter stagnation, superstition, or the persistent persecution of natural philosophers. In fact, the universities—where unhindered scholarly and intellectual debates were held—were founded in Europe during the High Middle Ages. In addition, 12th- and 13th-century Catholic scientists, who were committed both to their Christian faith and the scientific method, laid the groundwork for the Scientific Revolution. It is becoming more and more evident that this revolution, which began with the publication of Nicholas Copernicus' On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres and Andreas Vesalius' On the Fabric of the Human Body, was not an abrupt outburst of creativity but a continuation of intellectual headway reached in previous centuries, namely the High Middle Ages. What is equally stunning is the importance medieval Catholic theologians and philosophers attached to human intellectual capacities, and their relentless pursuit to create a synthesis of reason and faith. In a nutshell, years of intensive research have made me respect and even admire the Catholic Church even though, as I have said earlier, I hail from a secular Arab family that has taught to investigate all issues without any pre-conceived dogma and to accept the truth even if it turns out to be incongruent with generally accepted views.

I feel utmost respect for the work of Catholic monks and monasteries in the Middle Ages. Their intellectual activities are one of the brightest chapters in the history of the Catholic Church. The monasteries played a positive role as centers of teaching, learning, and scholarship, and they can be aptly described as "proto-universities" (Trombley 58). These monasteries taught grammar, logic, rhetoric, and later mathematics, music, and astronomy, and they were "among the most important libraries in the history of Western thought” because they copied, transcribed, and stored valuable texts (58). While the Catholic Church is persistently accused of destroying classical or Greco-Roman culture, the fact is that the monasteries should be credited for "the careful preservation of the works of the classical world and of the Church Fathers, both of which are central to Western civilization" (Woods 42).

Christianity in general and the Catholic Church in particular could not have stifled or destroyed Classical learning because it emerged in a Greco-Roman environment and as a result it had to have assimilated Greek philosophical notions, such as Logos, synderesis, the idea of a rationally ordered and mechanical universe operating according to fixed and consistent laws, etc. This enabled Christianity to live in peace with Greek/pagan philosophy and rationalism—a crucial accomplishment that Orthodox Sunni Islam has unfortunately failed to make following the suppression of Mu’tazalite thinking (this topic in itself requires a long and thorough study).

Q: When did the term “Roman Catholic Church” first come into being?

ANSWER:

It is not possible to give an exact year when the Catholic Church began to be called the “Roman Catholic Church,” but it is possible to approximate it. The term originates as an insult created by Anglicans who wished to refer to themselves as Catholic. They thus coined the term “Roman Catholic” to distinguish those in union with Rome from themselves and to create a sense in which they could refer to themselves as Catholics (by attempting to deprive actual Catholics to the right to the term).

Different variants of the “Roman” insult appeared at different times. The earliest form was the noun “Romanist” (one belonging to the Catholic Church), which appeared in England about 1515-1525. The next to develop was the adjective “Romish” (similar to something done or believed in the Catholic Church), which appeared around 1525-1535. Next came the noun “Roman Catholic” (one belonging to the Catholic Church), which was coined around 1595-1605. Shortly thereafter came the verb “to Romanize” (to make someone a Catholic or to become a Catholic), which appeared around 1600-10. Between 1665 and 1675 we got the noun “Romanism” (the system of Catholic beliefs and practices), and finally we got a latecomer term about 1815-1825, the noun “Roman Catholicism,” a synonym for the earlier “Romanism.”

A similar complex of insults arose around “pope.” About 1515-25 the Anglicans coined the term “papist” and later its derivative “papism.” A quick follow-up, in 1520-1530, was the adjective “popish.” Next came “popery” (1525-1535), then “papistry” (1540-1550), with its later derivatives, “papistical” and “papistic.” (Source: Random House Webster’s College Dictionary, 1995 ed.)

This complex of insults is revealing as it shows the depths of animosity English Protestants had toward the Church. No other religious body (perhaps no other group at all, even national or racial) has such a complex of insults against it woven into the English language as does the Catholic Church. Even today many Protestants who have no idea what the origin of the term is cannot bring themselves to say “Catholic” without qualifying it or replacing it with an insult.

Q: What is the difference between the Roman Catholic and the Catholic religion?

ANSWER:

The Catholic religion/Church comprises all ecclesial communities, all group of churches in communion with the Pope. If a group or community does not adhere to the Pope, it is not part of the Catholic Church.

There are a number of individual or sui iuris (self-governing) churches, sometimes called “rites”. One of these is the Roman rite. It includes most catholics in the West. So when you say “Roman Catholic” it properly refers to a member of the Roman rite which is the largest of all other rites.

Maronites, Ukrainian, Chaldean, Syro-Malankara Catholics can be properly refered to as “Catholics” but not “Roman Catholics”. They are “Maronite Catholics”, “Chaldean Catholics” etc. They are all as catholic as everyone else since they are in full communion with the Pope.

All the rites are equal, their ecclesial customs and traditions may be different, ways of doing theology etc, but the doctrines are all the same.

After a radical conversion to Christ at the age of fifteen I lived as a genuinely devout Protestant, earnestly seeking after Christ in my life as best I could.

Sometimes, of course, doing a miserable job.

This Easter, after a long journey, I’ll become a Catholic.

My journey began when a Protestant pastor—himself on a journey towards a more ancient faith—asked me the question, “What’s more important the Bible or tradition?”

My answer was typically Protestant, “The Bible, of course.”

“But who put the Bible together?”

That was the tradition of the Church, of course—the thought came as a bit of a revelation.

I was subsequently set on a journey that lasted nearly a decade. A journey which introduced me to a podcasting priest, some Catholic friends, and even saw me attending Mass a couple of times. But Catholicism held no great appeal to me, at least not until I began to read.

I began to read about Catholicism from authors who were actual Catholics, instead of reading about what Protestant authors thought, or thought they knew, about Catholicism. I found out in a hurry that much of what I knew about Catholicism (from the Protestant sources I’ve read, and from the few Catholics I’d met) was inaccurate, to say the least.

If I’d known what Catholics really believed, I would’ve become Catholic a lot sooner.

I first read my way into the Church through authors like Louis Bouyer, Pope Benedict XVI, Scott Hahn, Stephen Ray, and G.K. Chesterton.

VATICAN CITY — After months of anticipation, the date of Mother Teresa’s canonization has finally been announced. It falls on Sept. 4, which this year will also mark a special jubilee for workers and volunteers of mercy.

Though it’s been rumored for months that Mother Teresa’s canonization will take place Sept. 4, the Vatican made the date official during a March 15 consistory of cardinals.

Mother Teresa was born Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu on Aug. 26, 1910, in Skopje, Macedonia. After joining the Sisters of Loretto at age 17, she was sent to Calcutta, where she later contracted tuberculosis and was sent to rest in Darjeeling.

On the way, she felt what she called “an order” from God to leave the convent and live among the poor.

After she left her convent, Mother Teresa began working in the slums, teaching poor children and treating the sick in their homes. A year later, some of her former students joined her, and, together, they took in men, women and children who were dying in the gutters along the streets.

In 1950, the Missionaries of Charity were born as a congregation of the Diocese of Calcutta. In 1952, the government granted them a house from which to continue their mission of serving Calcutta's poor and forgotten.

She died Sept. 5, 1997, and was beatified just six years later by St. John Paul II on Oct. 19, 2003.

In addition to Mother Teresa, the consistory also decided on the canonization dates of four other blesseds: Maria Elisabetta Hesselblad, Jose Sanchez del Rio, Stanislaus of Jesus Mary and Jose Gabriel del Rosario Brochero.

The canonization of Jose Sanchez del Rio is also noteworthy. He will be made a saint on Oct. 16, alongside Jose Gabriel del Rosario Brochero.

José Luis Sánchez del Río was brutally tortured and killed when he was 14 years old during the 1924-1928 religious persecution by Mexican President Plutarco Elías Calles. José Luis had enlisted in the ranks of the Cristeros, under the command of Gen. Prudencio Mendoza.

He was martyred by the Federal Army on Feb. 10, 1928. According to the story, the soldiers cut off the soles of his feet and forced him to walk barefoot to his grave. Moments before he was killed, the boy shouted, “Viva Cristo Rey!” or “Long live Christ the King!”

His character was one of the main protagonists in the film For Greater Glory.

Jose Gabriel del Rosario Brochero, frequently referred to as the “gaucho priest,” will be Argentina’s first saint.

Born on March 16, 1840, the priest suffered from leprosy throughout his life and is known for his service to the sick and the dying. He died in 1914 and was beatified by Pope Francis on Sept. 14, 2013.

Sweden will also receive a new saint in Blessed Maria Elizabeth Hesselblad, who will be canonized June 5, alongside Polish Blessed Stanislaus of Jesus and Mary Papczynski.

Born in the small village of Faglavik, in Sweden’s western coast province of Alvsborg, on June 4, 1870, Maria Elisabeth was a nurse and a convert to Catholicism. After her conversion, she went on to found a new order of Bridgettines, called the Most Holy Savior of St. Bridget.

She died in Rome on April 24, 1957, and was beatified April 9, 2000, by St. John Paul II.

Blessed Stanislaus of Jesus and Mary Papczynski is a Polish priest born in 1631 and beatified by Benedict XVI in 2007.

Often referred to as the “Father Founder,” Stanislaus is known for his writings and constant encouragement to contemplate God’s mercy and to turn to Mary Immaculate for guidance and protection.

In addition to founding the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, the priest also experienced visions of Holy Souls in Purgatory and urged penance and prayers on their behalf.

The Great Cathedral of Cordoba (Spain), Who Owns it?

In the headline of The Guardian, it reported that the government of Cordoba (Spain) rejected a Catholic claim over an ownership of a Cathedral turned mosques by the invading Muslims between 711 AD to 788 AD which was returned to Catholics in 1236 AD and was converted to a Catholic Church cathedral.

Due to its antiquity and it's cultural and historical importance, the UNESCO declared in 1984 as one of the prized World Heritage site with "exceptional universal value", thus rejecting any group or entity of its ownership.

But who really owns the Cathedral?

Here is what I've got from Wikipedia:

"The Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba [2] (Spanish: Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba), also known as the Great Mosque of Córdoba (Spanish: Mezquita de Córdoba),[3] whose ecclesiastical name is the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption (Spanish: Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción),[4] is the Catholic cathedral of the Diocese of Córdoba dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and located in the Spanish region of Andalusia.[5] The structure is regarded as one of the most accomplished monuments of Moorish architecture.

The site was originally built by the Visigoths as the Catholic Basilica of Saint Vincent of Lérins.[6][7][8] When Muslims conquered Spain in 711, the church was first divided into Muslim and Christian halves. This sharing arrangement of the site lasted until 784, when the Christian half was purchased by the Emir 'Abd al-Rahman I, who then proceeded to demolish the entire structure and build the grand mosque of Cordoba on its ground.[7][9] Córdoba returned to Christian rule in 1236 during the Reconquista, and the building was converted to a Roman Catholic church, culminating in the insertion of a Renaissance cathedral nave in the 16th century.[7][8]

Since the early 2000s, Spanish Muslims have lobbied the Roman Catholic Church to allow them to pray in the cathedral.[10][11] This Muslim campaign has been rejected on multiple occasions, both by the church authorities in Spain and by the Vatican.[10][12]

It must be also noted that the same fate of the famous Hagia Sophia Christian Cathedral in Istanbul (Turkey) fell at the hands of the invading Ottoman  Turks (Muslims) in 1453 AD.  As practiced by Muslim conquerors, non-Muslim holy sites were turned into mosques, either to humiliate the conquered state or to showcase the "glorious" victory of Islam over the unbelievers.

Similarly, the fate of the fallen Jewish Temple Mount in Jerusalem in 70 AD was replaced by the Dome of the Rock Mosque when Jerusalem fell under the invading Muslims in 637 AD.
