Bago pa man sila nag-abot ng magasin, maraming mga relihiyon na ang nagbibigay sa Santo Papa ng kanilang mga babasahing pangrelihiyon tulad ng mga Muslim ng Argentina na nagbigay kay Pope Francis ng kopya ng Qu'ran.

Mabuti pa ang Saudi Arabia ay may pinadalang tagapamagitan mula sa kanila. Ang Muslim na ito ay nagbigay ng musbaha (ang rosaryo ng mga Muslim) sa Santo Papa bilang regalo. At ito ay tinanggap naman out of courtesy.  

Ang iba't-ibang religious leaders sa buong mundo, maging ang mga lider ng mga non-Christian religions at mga non-Catholic religious leaders ay nakipagkita sa Santo Papa ~ ang Iglesia Ni Cristo® 1914, kailan kaya HAHARAP si Ginoong EDUARDO V. MANALO kay PAPA FRANCISCO sa Vatican at magkaroon ng dialogo?

Ngunit ang mga ito ay ang KATOTOHANANG HINDING-HINDI MABABAGO ng INC™ 1914:

VATICAN CITY, Holy See – Lamborghini gave Pope Francis a personalized white supercar on Wednesday, but he put it up for auction to raise money for charity rather than give up his trademark popemobile.

The Huracan sports car, which boasts a 610 metric horsepower, was blessed by the pontiff, who bent to scrawl his signature on its gleaming bonnet before it was sent off to Sotheby's auction house.

The supercar usually goes for around 200,000 euros ($237,000), but this model – featuring gold stripes and gold-rimmed wing mirrors in homage to the pope's gold-tipped stole – is expected to beat that.

Pope Francis awarded medals to George Clooney, Salma Hayek and Richard Gere in recognition of their contributions to a Vatican education project.

The Hollywood stars were in Rome on Sunday at an event for the Scholas Occurentes (Schools Meet) global educational initiative that Pope Francis launched.

Scholas Occurentes works in 82 countries with 400,000 schools and other education institutions, aiming to bring together children from different cultures and religions.

Clooney, Hayek and Gere agreed to be ambassadors for one of the foundation’s arts projects.

The meeting in the Vatican Synod Hall involved testimonials, music, videos and a question and answer session.

In response to a question from a young person, Pope Francis said he has never considered following Benedict XVI into retirement.

“I never thought of quitting being pope, or of leaving because of the many responsibilities,” the Pope said.

Francis has previously said he envisioned a short papacy before going on “to the Father’s house,” but he has never specifically ruled out following in the Pope Emeritus’s footsteps. Benedict XVI retired in 2013, the first pope to step down in 600 years.

During Sunday’s meeting Pope Francis received the gift of an olive tree and autographed surfboards.

The meeting marks the launch of the a website that will allow members of the public to put questions to Pope Francis.

Pope Francis’ Apostolic Exhortation on family love cannot be reduced to problem of communion for divorced and remarried people. The document suggests ways to remake societal life. As a Catholic vision, it links the actual to the infinite, and calls for public policies that protect the rights of families.

Vatican City (AsiaNews) – Pope Francis’ post-synodal apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitia, which was released today, is a vital contribution to the life of families and contemporary society.

Although it might take Catholics and non-Catholics some time to assimilate the long (265 pages) and demanding document, its emphases, passages, biblical references and look at human love are an objective and solid milestone in the quicksand of situations that are often treated only with fleeting feelings, love spells, fears and private frustrations, which hide an individualist notion of self, in which solitude marks not only the end of a relationship, but acts as it definition, origin and nature.

The document offers a sweet and powerful vision of Catholic humanity that makes its way, corrects, brightens and goes beyond a rationalist and trite conception of ego, love and society.

Some might have liked the exhortation to be only a "yes" or "no" to communion for divorced and remarried people. Instead, Francis gave us a sign and path of how, not only the family, but also the Church, and the whole of society can change. It is interesting to note for example that in the description of actual love between a husband and a wife, the document also speaks of the help that they can give to make more substantial the gifts brought by virgins, who are sometimes tempted to live a single lifestyle more than the consecrated who give their whole life (Amoris Laetitia, n.158, ff).

In the exhortation, the Catholic vision emerges in three main aspects:

1. The love between a man and a woman is continuously defined as the "image of God" and the return to what God and Christ do as a model for relationships (giving oneself, lack of anger, forgiveness, generation, raising children, etc.).
