"The Christianity of history is not Protestantism. If ever there were a safe truth it is this, and Protestantism has ever felt it so; to be deep in history is to cease to be a Protestant." (-John Henry Newman, An Essay on the Development of Christian Doctrine).

"Where the bishop is, there let the people gather; just as where ever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church". -St. Ignatius of Antioch (ca 110 AD)a martyr later thrown to the lions, wrote to a church in Asia Minor. Antioch was also where the term "Christian" was first used.

Pakistani illustrator writes to Ben Affleck on radical Islam: 'Your heart's in the right place but…'

Read the highlights, it's very powerful! -CD2000
Source: scroll.in

Dear Ben,

I am writing to you today as a woman who was born and raised in Islam. I saw your discussion with Bill Maher and Sam Harris, and I must say you did me a great disservice that day. Your heart was in the right place, of course, and it was lovely of you to step up and defend "my people".

What you really did though, perhaps inadvertently, was silence a conversation that never gets started. Two people attempted to begin a dialogue and you wouldn’t even listen. Why should any set of ideas be above criticism, Ben?

Why are Muslims being "preserved" in some time capsule of centuries gone by? Why is it okay that we continue to live in a world where our women are compared to candy waiting to be consumed? Why is it okay for women of the rest of the world to fight for freedom and equality while we are told to cover our shameful bodies? Can’t you see that we are being held back from joining this elite club known as the 21st century?

Noble liberals like yourself always stand up for the misrepresented Muslims and stand against the Islamophobes, which is great but who stands in my corner and for the others who feel oppressed by the religion? Every time we raise our voices, one of us is killed or threatened. I am a blogger and illustrator, no threat to anyone, Ben, except for those afraid of words and drawings. I want the freedom to express myself without the very real fear that I might be killed for it. Is that too much to ask?

When I wrote a children’s book that carried a message of diversity and inclusivity for everyone, my life changed. My book, My Chacha (uncle) is Gay’ has the innocent anti-homophobia message, "Love belongs to everyone." This was not palatable to many of my Muslim brothers and sisters.

Since that project I have been declared an "enemy of God" and deemed worthy of death. All because I want to help create a world where South Asian children too can have their stories told, so they too can know that love comes in all forms, and that that’s okay. My Muslim brothers and sisters were hit hard by this work because it addresses the issue of homophobia within our own community. It is not something they can pass off as "Western" immorality. Just like they deny that any issues exist within the doctrine of Islam, many deny that homosexuality exists amongst good, "moral" Muslims. Just like that, millions of people’s existence is denied. Please do not defend people who think this way, and let me tell you Ben, many "good" Muslims do think this way.

What you did by screaming "racist!" was shut down a conversation that many of us have been waiting to have. You helped those who wish to deny there are issues, deny them. You became an instant hero, a defender of Islam. It’s kind, it really is. I understand because I too am plagued and affected by the issues brought about by actual Islamophobia. I have a Muslim name and brown skin, my peaceful relatives have been pushed in the subway and called "terrorist" for no reason.

I get that.

We must distinguish critiquing an ideology from being hateful towards a group of people. And for this reason I think that tackling the issues within Islam should be two-pronged. They must be brought up, but simultaneously we should stress that blame for these issues cannot be placed on individuals.

In the interest of being politically correct and "liberal", we silence the voices of millions. I am turning to you because you were instrumental in starting this conversation. Those of us who want reform are muted by extremists, as well as the liberals who betray us in the name of multiculturalism.

ISIS paints a horrific picture, so I understand the knee-jerk reaction to deny any link. Most Muslims choose to interpret scripture in a peaceful way, but that doesn’t mean the raw material isn’t there for those who choose the path of violence. That material must be addressed.

Can we talk about the blatant double standards and violation of human rights, for a second? Mosques are built throughout western countries, usually without much issue. But in the hub of Islam, the heart of Islam, Saudi Arabia, no one but Muslims are allowed to officially practice their faith. There are no churches, temples or synagogues because Saudi Arabia will not permit any non-Muslim place of worship to exist. Who will hold them accountable for such injustice if we hush everyone who speaks out against Islam?

What is so wrong with wanting to step into the current century? There should be no shame. There is no denying that violence, misogyny and homophobia exist in all religious texts, but Islam is the only religion that is adhered to so literally, to this day.

In your culture you have the luxury of calling such literalists “crazies”, like the Westboro Baptist Church, for example. In my culture, such values are upheld by more people than we realise. Many will try to deny it, but please hear me when I say that these are not fringe values. It is apparent in the lacking numbers of Muslims willing to speak out against the archaic Shariah law. The punishment for blasphemy and apostasy, etc, are tools of oppression. Why are they not addressed even by the peaceful folk who “aren’t fanatical, who just want to have some sandwiches and pray five times a day? Where are the Muslim protestors against blasphemy laws/apostasy? Where are the Muslims who take a stand against harsh interpretation of Shariah? These sandwich-eating peaceful folk do not defend those suffering in the name of Islam, Ben, and therein lies our problem.

Maybe the points Maher and Harris were trying to make are more easily digested when coming from within the community, I can appreciate that. That is why I am writing to you, as someone who has personally been hurt by the lack of acknowledgement of these issues.

If Muslims do not critique their own atrocities, then people on the outside will and their message will not be listened to simply because of who they are. It’s a vicious cycle, one that can only break if indeed, like Harris said, true reformers are empowered.

I ask you and anyone reading this to make an effort to seek out reformers from within our community, and support them in any way you can.

If I were allowed to meet a man that is not my father, brother or husband unchaperoned, I would have loved to discuss this over drinks (which I am also not allowed to have) with you. So, you see, things must change.

Sincerely,

Eiynah

Now you understand why there was Crusades! It's About Time... No to Islamization of our countries!

Many Muslims question us Christians why we conducted those "deadly" Crusades. Little they know that their imams (islamic teachers) lied to them. The Crusades were conducted in order to protect Christians from Muslims attacking them during pilgrimage to the Holy Land.  Now that Muslims are invading us again, not through invation and  Jihad but through IMMIGRATION, we need to stand on our ground and denounce once against the Islamization of Europe. -CD2000

Record numbers rally against 'Islamisation' in Germany

A record 17,000 anti-Islamic protesters rallied for their tenth demonstration in as many weeks Monday in eastern Germany, celebrating the rise of their far-right populist movement by singing Christmas carols.

Germany has for weeks grappled with the emergence of the "Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the Occident" or PEGIDA, whose ranks in the city of Dresden have swelled rapidly from just a few hundred in October.

About 4,500 counter-demonstrators marched through the city under the slogan "Dresden Nazi-free", warning that there was no space for racism and xenophobia in the country that perpetrated the Holocaust.

Most PEGIDA followers insist they are not Nazis but patriots who worry about the "watering down" of their Christian-rooted culture and traditions. They often accuse mainstream political parties of betraying them and the media of lying.

Braving cold and wet weather, they gathered outside the historic Semperoper concert hall for their pre-Christmas recital. Police put their numbers at about 17,500, up from the previous high of 15,000 a week earlier... continue reading

Thousands in Dresden rally against Islamization, call for Western values

Thousands took to the streets of Dresden, Germany, to protest the Islamization of their country. Their opponents also rallied at the same time warning about spreading xenophobic ideas in Europe.

At least 10,000 people joined the march of Patriotic Europeans against the Islamization of Europe, or PEGIDA, a German right-wing organization. The protesters say they want to preserve Germany’s Judeo-Christian Western culture, and curb the spread of Islamic State and Al-Qaeda activities in the EU... continue reading

‘BOUT TIME! Anti-Islamization movement heats up in Germany and is starting to spread all over Europe

Every Monday, more and more anti-Islam demonstrators come out to protest in Dresden. Hemmed in by dozens of police vans, more than 17,500 demonstrators stood in the December cold. For an hour and a half, they listened to speeches denouncing Germany’s political class and media institutions, cheered anti-immigrant rhetoric, sang Christmas carols and chanted slogans that rang off the 19th century facade of Dresden’s opera house.

Marchers on Monday carried banners reading “Courage for the truth”, “Stop immigrants abusing our social welfare system” and “We miss our country”.

Michael Stuetzenberger, 55, drove five hours from Munich to join the rally. “We’re being inundated by asylum-seekers and 70 percent of them have no right to be here,” he said. “We want to talk about that. And we’ve got a problem with Islam overrunning us in Germany and Europe. It’s just stupid to say that’s not happening because it is.”

The demonstration was the 10th in as many weeks and the largest to date. Loosely organized under the name PEGIDA, the rallies have shaken Germany’s image of itself as an open, tolerant country.

PEGIDA, Patriotische Europäer gegen eine Islamisierung des Abendlandes (Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamicization of the West), has steadily grown from a Facebook page and a march of a few dozen people in late October into weekly demonstrations attracting thousands of people and the rapt, uncomfortable attention of German politicians and the media...continue reading

The Catholic Church is not even mentioned in the Bible -INC™ Ministers

I am pretty much sure there's no such words written in Mt. 16:18 as "Catholic and Apostolic church" But that does not mean the CATHOLIC CHURCH is a fake church!

But that error does not even help them in their claim that the Iglesia Ni Cristo® is the "true" church founded by Christ.

As far as the IGLESIA NI CRISTO® is concern, they should not deny the FACT that the INC™ Hierarchy ACCEPTS the TRUTH that the CATHOLIC CHURCH is the ORIGINAL CHURCH ESTABLISHED by CHRIST and wasn't apostatized yet, thus admitting that the IGLESIA NI CRISTO® is a fake church.

If the Catholic Church is the true Church founded by Christ and it's still existing until now, then the Iglesia Ni Cristo®'s TOTAL APOSTASY doctrine simply yields to the fact that the INC™ is definitely a FAKE CHURCH.

That was recorded in their OFFICIAL MAGAZINE called PASUGO, "Hindi niya (diablo) ginawang biglaan ang pagtalikod..." referring to the Catholic Church, in 1966 was still the TRUE CHURCH, almost 52 years after the INC™ was established in Punta, Santa Ana in Manila.

PASUGO, Abril 1966, p. 46:

“Ang totoo hanggang sa kasalukuyan ay patuloy na ginagawa ni Satanas ang pagpapasok ng mga maling aral sa Iglesia Katolika na sa pasimula'y siyang Iglesia ni Cristo. Sadyang matalino at tuso ang diablo. Hindi niya ginawang biglaan ang pagtalikod sa Iglesiang itinayo ni Cristo noong unang siglo."

PASUGO July August 1988 pp. 6.
“Even secular history shows a direct time link between the Catholic Church and the Apostles, leading to the conclusion that the true Church of Christ is the Catholic Church.”

 PASUGO March-April 1992, p. 22

Compairing CHRISTIANITY and ISLAM

From The Religion of Peace
A Side by Side Comparison*
* It is not the purpose of this site to promote any particular religion, including Christianity.
However, we do enjoy refuting nonsense, such as the claim that Muhammad
and Jesus preached a morally equivalent message or that all religion is the same.
"I will cast terror into the hearts of those who
disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads
and strike off every fingertip of them."

"Allah" (Qur'an 8:12)
"Fight everyone in the way of Allah and
kill those who disbelieve in Allah."
Muhammad (Ibn Ishaq 992)
"Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."
Jesus (Matthew 5:14)
Even though many Muslims regard terrorists who kill in the name of Allah as criminals, they cannot deny that Muhammad also killed in the name of Allah.  What example of Jesus do Christians emulate which has them confused them with terrorists and criminals?
Each year, thousands of Christian homes and churches are torched or bombed by Muslim mobs, and hundreds of Christians, including dozens of priests, pastors, nuns and other church workers are murdered at the hands of Islamic extremists.  The so-called justification varies, from charges of apostasy or evangelism, to purported "blasphemy" or "insulting" Islam.  Innocent people have even been hacked to death by devout Muslims over cartoons.
Yet, there is little if any violent retaliation from religious Christians to the discrimination, kidnapping, rape, torture, mutilation and murder that is routinely reported from nations with Muslim majorities.  Neither is there is any significant deadly terrorism in the name of Jesus, as there is in the stated cause of Allah each and every day.  Muslim clerics in the West do not fear for their safety as do their Christian counterparts

The "Christian world" and the Islamic world contrast sharply in other ways as well, from the disparate condition of human rights and civil liberties to economic status.  An astonishing 70% of the world's refugees are Muslims -  usually seeking to live in Christian-based countries.

While Western societies take seriously "scandals" such as Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo (where no one has actually been killed), Muslims routinely turn a blind eye to their own horrible atrocities, even those committed explicitly in the name of Allah.  The Muslim world has yet to offer a single apology for the tens of millions of lives consumed by centuries of relentless Jihad and slavery.

These sharp differences are almost certainly rooted in the underlying religions, which begin with the disparate teachings and examples set by Jesus and Muhammad...

Did the Church burn the first printed copies of the Bible?

Full Question

A friend insists the Catholic Church burned the first printed Bibles and punished people who had them. Is there any truth to the story?

Answer

Nope. Printing with movable type was first used (say most historians, but not all) by Johann Gutenberg, a German Catholic. The first book he printed was the Mazarin Bible, so called because a copy was discovered in Cardinal Jules Mazarin’s library. More commonly known as the Gutenberg Bible, the book was printed more than 60 years before the Reformation began.

How do I explain that the Catholic Church did not split from the Christian church?

Full Question

Someone I know claims that the Catholic Church divided from the “Christian church” around A.D. 900. I know he is incorrect, but how do I explain it to him?

Answer

Tell him to go find a serious book on Church history and read it. There is no basis for what he is claiming. Not only were there no significant splits around A.D. 900, there were no splits anywhere near this period that resulted in a surviving group that was called “the Christian Church.”

The claim is so preposterous that one suspects your acquaintance has gotten something garbled somewhere along the line. If you really want to engage him on this subject, get more detail about what he is claiming. Insist that he give a source for the info, then research the claims made by that source.

Are "This is the body of Christ" and "I believe" acceptable substitutes for "The body of Christ" and "Amen"?

Full Question

When distributing Holy Communion, the extraordinary ministers have been told to say “This is the body of Christ” instead of “the body of Christ,” and the communicants are to respond with “I believe” instead of “Amen.” Our priest says it’s more meaningful this way and has assured us that he is authorized to make such changes. Is this true?

Answer

No. A priest has no authority to make creative changes to the Mass. He is to follow the rubrics as outlined in the General Instruction of the Roman Missal, which is binding on all Roman Rite celebrations of the liturgy.

According to the Code of Canon Law, “In celebrating the sacraments the liturgical books approved by competent authority are to be observed faithfully; accordingly, no one is to add, omit, or alter anything in them on one’s own authority” (CIC 846 §1).

The General Instruction of the Roman Missal states:

If Communion is given only under the species of bread, the priest raises the host slightly and shows it to each, saying, "Corpus Christi" (the body of Christ). The communicant replies "Amen" and receives the sacrament either on the tongue or, where this is allowed and if the communicant so chooses, in the hand. As soon as the communicant receives the host, he or she consumes it entirely. (161)

If Communion from the chalice is carried out by intinction, each communicant, holding a communion-plate under the chin, approaches the priest, who holds a vessel with the sacred particles, a minister standing at his side and holding the chalice. The priest takes a host, dips it partly into the chalice and, showing it, says, "Corpus et Sanguis Christi" (the body and blood of Christ). The communicant responds "Amen," receives the sacrament in the mouth from the priest, and then withdraws. (287)

The USCCB’s Committee on the Liturgy document “Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion at Mass” states:

The proper and only permissible form for distributing Holy Communion is to offer the consecrated bread by saying, "the body of Christ" and to offer the consecrated wine by saying, "the blood of Christ." No other words or names should be added; and the formula should not be edited in any way.

Is there any biblical evidence for the Catholic doctrine of original sin?

Full Question

Is there any biblical evidence for the Catholic doctrine of original sin?

Answer

Sure. God told Adam and Eve in Genesis 3:1-24 that because of their sin they would have to work for a living, be at war with nature, suffer pain and sickness, and eventually die. Paul explains original sin in great detail in Romans 5:12-19 and in 1 Corinthians 15:21-22.

JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES ADMIT THAT YAHWEH IS THE MORE CORRECT WAY OF PRONOUNCING THE DIVINE NAME

JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES ADMIT THAT YAHWEH IS THE MORE CORRECT WAY OF PRONOUNCING THE DIVINE NAME

Charles Taze Russell, founder of Jehovah’s Witnesses:
“Cursed be any one who trusts in man” (Jer. 17:5).

While the whole Christian world commemorates the Savior’s birth on Christmas, JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES are busy as hell selling their publications on street corners. They would approach every Tom, Dick and Harry to entice them to buy their books, magazines and pamphlets. The Bible reminds us about these people: “through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you” (2 Pt. 2:3).

Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that the proper name of God is JEHOVAH. But did you know that Jehovah’s Witnesses admit in 1950 that the more correct way of pronouncing the divine name is YAHWEH? They won’t tell you about it when they approach you. Thus, Jehovah’s Witnesses are hypocritical to claim that God’s proper name is JEHOVAH when at the back of their minds they know that there is a more correct way of pronouncing God’s name.

On February 9, 1950 the New World Translation Bible Committee of the Jehovah’s Witnesses wrote a Foreword to the official Jehovah’s Witnesses Bible, the New World Translation. In the foreword, the Committee categorically states:

“While inclining to the very pronunciation “Yahweh” as the more correct way, we have retained the form “Jehovah” because of people’s familiarity with it since the 14th century. Moreover, it preserves, equally with other forms, the letters of the tetragrammaton JHVH.”

The smoking gun: NWT Bible Committee admits “Yahweh” to be the more correct pronunciation of God’s name.

Straight from the horse’s mouth, the Committee that churned out the highly discredited New World Translation of the Jehovah’s Witnesses Bible unequivocally admits that is inclined to the pronunciation of “Yahweh” as the correct one. They explained their retention of “Jehovah” because of “people’s familiarity with it since the 14th century.” Did you get that?

Moreover, the Committee insists that “Jehovah” preserves the letters of the tetragrammaton JHVH. This is another error being brazenly passed around by the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Unlike German, the Hebrew language does not have a word for “J” (instead it has a letter for “Y.”).[1]

Judaism 101: The Hebrew Alphabeth (www.jewfaq.org)

The Jehovah’s Witnesses made a great cover-up. In the more recent editions (since 1984) of the New World Translation, the Jehovah’s Witnesses dropped the damning Foreword of the 1950 Committee. But the truth is already out! You simply cannot trust these “false witnesses.” Proverbs 14:5 (KJV) says, “A faithful witness will not lie; but a false witness utter lies.”

BEWARE!!! “In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed” (2 Pt. 2:3, NLT).

CRIME worst than killing: HAVING a BIBLE! Why there's so much fear for Muslims to read the Bible?

When Muslims would tell you that ISLAM is a RELIGION of PEACE and TOLERANCE, that's not exactly what's in their hearts. In Saudi, having a Bible is a crime; wearing a cross is a public offense but when they kill and butcher there's no moral question for that.  Judeo-Christian sense of morality is not compatible with Islamic sense of morality.  Our common human moral standards with Jews, Hindus, Buddhist, Taoist are in exact opposite to Islamic jurisprudence.  -CD2000

Report: Islamic Saudi Arabia Passes Law That May Impose Death Penalty on Bible Smugglers (Source: ChristianNews)

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – Recent reports state that officials in the Islamic country of Saudi Arabia have passed a law that may impose the death penalty on Bible smugglers and any others distributing religious materials that are not of the Muslim religion.

“[T]he new law extends to the importing of all illegal drugs and ‘all publications that have a prejudice to any other religious beliefs other than Islam,'” Paul Washer’s HeartCry Missionary Society outlines in a post on their website. “In other words, anyone who attempts to bring Bibles or gospel literature into the country will have all materials confiscated and be imprisoned and sentenced to death.”

It points to an article on the Copts Today website, which notes that “indecent materials and publications” are also included in the customs prohibition.

Reporters have attempted to obtain confirmation of the report from Saudi Arabia’s U.S. Embassy press officer in Washington, but the information has neither been confirmed or denied.

“Sometimes they don’t want to say anything (to the media),” a representative named Cecelia told WND.

The United Nations has also declined to comment on whether or not the report is accurate.

As the HeartCry Missionary Society notes in pointing to a video on Prayercast, Saudi Arabia has a long history of hostility toward Christians, as it is illegal to convert to Christianity in the country, a crime considered to be apostasy against Islam and punishable by death.

“Christians are raped, abducted, murdered, and beaten on a daily basis. Saudis who accept Christ as their Savior are choosing to pick up a cross of ostracism, discrimination, harassment, and even death,” it outlines. “They risk losing their jobs, access to education for their children, or even the right to basic utilities like water and electricity.”

Open Doors International likewise reports that Christians are forced to worship in secret as it classifies Saudi Arabia as #6 on its “World Watch List” of the 100 most dangerous places to live as a Christian. Saudi Arabia is the home of Mecca and the “Mosque of the Prophet,” which contains the tomb of the Islamic prophet Mohammad.

“The open practice of any religion other than Islam is forbidden here, and conversion to another faith is punishable by death. Most Christians are ex-pats from Asia or Africa,” it states. “During 2013, several Christian migrant fellowships were raided by police, and tens of worshipers detained and deported. Muslim-background believers run the risk of honor killing if their faith is discovered.”

The U.S. Department of State noted several other cases in its 2009 report on religious freedom in the country.

“On January 13, 2009, [Hamoud Saleh] Al-Amri was arrested for discussing his Christian faith on his blog,” it explained. “The case received international attention and advocacy groups such as the Arab Network for Human Rights Information (ANHRI) campaigned for Al-Amri’s release.”

“On January 29, 2009, Sabri Bogday, a Turkish barber, returned to Turkey after the King [of Saudi Arabia] pardoned him,” the government report also outlined. “On March 31, 2008, Bogday was sentenced to death after two men reported to authorities that he blasphemed God and the Prophet Muhammad in his barber shop. On May 1, 2008, an appellate court upheld his conviction of blasphemy, necessitating the pardon.”

“On August 12, 2008, Okhdood.com and Gulfnews.com reported that a member of the CPVPV in the Eastern Province murdered his sister after confirming she had converted to Christianity,” it continued. “She had reportedly revealed the story of her conversion on a website posting. The story was picked up and widely reported by other Internet news outlets, some of which provided additional detail, including that she wrote about her family’s hostility toward her after heated discussions about her new faith.”

Despite the consequences, a number of Muslims are receiving the gospel nonetheless.

“[A] small but growing number of Muslims are coming to Christ and sharing their faith on the internet and satellite TV,” Open Doors USA states.

“[T]he Church flourishes under persecution, and the body of underground believers in Saudi Arabia is no exception,” adds Prayercast. “No one is beyond the reach of God’s hand; pray for the Saudis to have the courage to take hold of it.”

The First Woman Bishop Soon!

The Church of England and its women priests! (The Telegraph)
The Apostate Fake Church of England which is ruled by the Queen of England has finally approved its first woman bishop after decades of struggle according to The Telegraph

The first woman priest  was approved by the General Synod in 1992 and the ordination took place later in 1994, breaking the long tradition of the Church of England to ordain only male priest, thus alienating it further with dialogue with the Catholic Church, whose supreme leader is the Pope, the Bishop of Rome.

The ordination of its first woman priest caused a deep dissent within its rank, from its clergy and its members crossing the Tiber River and asking the Bishop of Rome to accommodate them.

Since then, the good Pope Emeritus Father Benedict XVI created the Anglicanorum Coetibus which he himself would supervise, adhering to the teachings of the Catholic Church but retaining their Anglican Tradition.

How the Church of England separated from the Worldwide Catholic Church? It was through MARITAL INFIDELITY and UNCONTROLLED SEXUAL DESIRES of KING HENRY VIII.

Here is Wikipedia:

In 1534, King Henry VIII separated the English Church from Rome. A theological separation had been foreshadowed by various movements within the English Church such as Lollardy, but the English Reformation gained political support when Henry VIII wanted an annulment of his marriage to Catherine of Aragon so he could marry Anne Boleyn. Pope Clement VII, considering that the earlier marriage had been entered under a papal dispensation and how Catherine's nephew, Emperor Charles V, might react to such a move, refused the annulment. Eventually, Henry, although theologically opposed to Protestantism, took the position of Supreme Head of the Church of England to ensure the annulment of his marriage. He was excommunicated by Pope Paul III.

In 1536-41 Henry VIII engaged in a large-scale Dissolution of the Monasteries, which controlled much of the richest land. He disbanded monasteries, priories, convents and friaries in England, Wales and Ireland, appropriated their income, disposed of their assets, and provided pensions for the former residents.
Thus the CHURCH OF ENGLAND is an APOSTATE CHURCH, which separated from the TREE, now being cut, teaches heretical teachings and one of them is the ordination of women priests and now a woman bishop.

Will Pope Francis dialogue with an apostate bishop?

That's something we are not hopeful.

Iglesia ni Cristo: 'Far East is the Philippines" vs "INC never teaches that Far East is the Philippines"

DECEIVERS will always change teachings which means their doctrines aren't from God but from their own interpretation to suit Felix Manalo's position in the salvation history of mankind.

IGLESIA NI CRISTO-README: Si Cristo at Espiritu Santo ay "NANDOON NA SA SIMULA" kasama ng Dios

Here is what the Iglesia Ni Cristo®'s position on Jesus' pre-existence.

"Many believe that Christ is God who pre-existed before being born on Earth. However, such a belief is based on erroneous interpretations of the Holy Bible." -INCMedia.org

Therefore, IglesiaNiCristoREADME, the only INC™ Defender in the blogsphere is UNBIBLICAL according to the management of the Iglesia Ni Cristo®, Incorporated.

Thank you for clarifying.

If Islam conquers Vatican, whom would the Iglesia Ni Cristo® side-- Muslims or Catholics?

Muslim extremists, to the rejoice of Muslim moderates who wanted to dominate within our democratic cities are waging war against the Christian Church which for them is represented by the CHURCH OF ROME, in the VATICAN CITY. [Read the News HERE and the Muslim Terrorist's MANIFESTO]

If such war would occur, whom will the Iglesia Ni Cristo® side for—Muslims or Catholics?

If the Church apostatized in the First Century, then why they're using the Bible that was ratified by the same Church in the Fourth Century?

"...if the Church did commit apostasy in the first centuries, then why does the Iglesia ni Cristo use the Holy Bible that was ratified by the same Church in the 4th century?"

PART TWO, Section I, Item No. 7

The Holy Bible ratified by the Catholic Church in the 4th Century during the time when the Church already "apostatized" (Source: CatholicSay)

If the true church was restored in Rome and Jerusalem, why is it that the Iglesia Ni Cristo® Central is still in the Philippines?

Restoration (ROME)
But the true Church of Christ is back in the region. Three momentous occasions that happened in the mid-1990s in the cities of Rome, Jerusalem, and Athens highlight this return. They involved the registration of the Church's congregations in Italy, Israel, and Greece with these countries' respective governments. A special worship service officiated by the Executive Minister, Brother Erano G. Manalo, marked each occasion. -The Iglesia Ni Cristo Website

Then WHY is the Iglesia Ni Cristo® CENTRAL still in the Philippines if the "true church" had been returned and restored to its origin?

DECEIVERS! That's what Felix Manalo's INC™ do.

They DECEIVE people!

PAANO NAGSIMULA ANG IGLESIA NI CRISTO: INC™ Version

Foreword

The Iglesia ni Cristo will celebrate its 100th foundation anniversary on July 27, 2014. As fellow citizens of our country we join the members of the INC in remembering their history where we find virtue and commitment to God.

Anticipating the questions of the Catholic faithful that will arise on the occasion of this anniversary regarding the religious beliefs of the Iglesia ni Cristo, the present Primer was approved by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) as a guide for catechesis.

The respect we give to the religious beliefs of others should motivate us to get to understand those beliefs deeply, as this is demanded by the requirements of sincere dialogue. Differences in what we believe in do not make us distant from those who hold those beliefs, because as J. Maritain put it, among ideas contradictions are inevitable, but not among persons.

We cannot close our eyes to the fact that there are serious and deep differences between the Christian Faith and the doctrines of the Iglesia ni Cristo. Thus, this Primer presents in Part One what the Iglesia ni Cristo believes in; Part Two is on what the Catholic Faith teaches on those same points.

Pope Francis, talking about Interreligious dialogue in Evangelii gaudium (no. 251) explains: “In this dialogue, ever friendly and sincere, attention must always be paid to the essential bond between dialogue and proclamation, which leads the Church to maintain and intensify her relationship with non-Christians (cf. Propositio 53). (…) True openness involves remaining steadfast in one’s deepest convictions, clear and joyful in one’s own identity, while at the same time being “open to understanding those of the other party” and “knowing that dialogue can enrich each side” (JOHN PAUL II, Encyclical Letter Redemptoris Missio (7 December 1990), 56). What is not helpful is a diplomatic openness which says “yes” to everything in order to avoid problems, for this would be a way of deceiving others and denying them the good which we have been given to share generously with others. Evangelization and interreligious dialogue, far from being opposed, mutually support and nourish one another (Cf. BENEDICT XVI, Address to the Roman Curia (21 December 2012); VATICAN II, Decree on the Missionary Activity of the Church Ad Gentes, 9; Catechism of the Catholic Church, 856.)”

We pray that the wish of the Lord Jesus Christ at the Last Supper (“that they may all be one, even as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee”) become a reality in the hearts of all Christians, so that the one Church founded by Him may become an agent of unity for all mankind.

PART ONE
THE BASIC BELIEFS OF THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO*

I. Jesus Christ and the Church He Founded
1. What does the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) teach about God?

There is only one God. He alone is God (Ps. 86:10). “For I am God, and there is no other” (Is. 45:21-22; Is. 46:9-10; Dt. 32:39, RSV). The INC interprets these as proofs against the Trinity of Persons in one God. God is unchangeable, immutable: “For I the Lord do not change” (Mal. 3:6, RSV). He did not and will not, become man or anything. Therefore, Jesus Christ is not God that became flesh. Christ is man, not God. And God is not man. “For I am God”, He emphasized, “and not man” (Hos. 11-9).

2. What does the Iglesia ni Cristo teach about Jesus Christ?

Despite His uniqueness when compared to all other men, Christ remains man in His state of being. Christ is never the true God. He is a true man (“But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth which I heard from God”: Jn. 8:40). When Apostle Matthew gave his account of the birth of Christ, he said that in the womb of Mary was a child (Mt 1:18), not a god. Christ, since birth, was subjected to the experiences and circumstances of human life, inherent in all men (sin, of course, excluded). The true God has no beginning nor is He a son of man (Ps 90:2; Num 23:19). He is Spirit (Jn. 4:24); He does not grow weary (Is 40:28), does not sleep (Ps 121:4). The true God is immortal (I Tim 1:17).
* The answers to the questions in this part are lifted from the INC publication This is the Iglesia ni Cristo (“The Church of Christ”).
