The real Elias and Ibarra are found in Noli Me Tangere of Dr. Jose Rizal. You must be the "FAKE" Elias Ibarra just as many INC members FAKE their names or hide in ANONYMOUS and to some degree, steal pseudonyms to hide their real identity. Don't worry, we've encountered bunch of your kind from the Iglesia ni Cristo cult.
I wonder what kind of history books do you read in your ONLY EraƱo University's library in (ka)Diliman, Quezon City. I wonder who was that author you've read? Was it re-written history and DISTORTED by one of your paid ministers just as how they deliberately DISTORTED the Holy Scriptures?
Where did you get your source where in the the Spanish Governor-General in the Philippines were "usually" the "Archbishop of Manila"?
Wow! Where is that in history ^_^. What I know is that in 300 years under Spanish rule from 1565 to 1898, out of 116 total, there were only three (3) "Archbishop of Manila" who became Spanish Governors namely Archbishop Francisco dela Cuesta (No. 38), Archbishop Juan Arrechederra (No. 42); and Archbishop Manuel Rojo del Rio y Vieyra (No. 46.) who became Governor-General 100 years before Jose Rizal was born in 1861.
Between 1861 to 1898 there were another 26 Governor-Generals but NONE was a member of the Episcopacy. The last Spanish Governor-General was Basilio Agustin who was not even a clergy himself.

If that's the case then I can only pity you for displaying your kind here. Thanks for your history but they are ALL RUBBISH. You are giving great DISHONOR to the Iglesia ni Cristo of Manalo for your distorted history.
Well, according to un-distorted facts of history written by non-INC ministers, Jose Rizal was sentenced to death by the Spanish Government in the Philippines for inciting hatred against SPANISH (not the Catholic Church) Royalty.
In fact, many of his writings were found to be very critical against CORRUPT Catholic friars and Spanish Government officials.
Did Rizal condemn the whole CHURCH?
Of course not.
Obviously his Catholic education deeply influenced Jose Rizal in his writings for having the right judgment of seeing what morally BAD (corrupt friars) [read Wikipedia] from the GOOD (holy and pious) ones.
Just as there are bad and good apples in one tree, Rizal was very much realistic in his approach because he knew there were still lots and lots of GOOD and PIOUS friars during his time. He condemned only those "CORRUPT" ones which we, members of the CHURCH must be vigilant.
Have we (Catholics of today) not condemned in the same way those corrupt priests who abused innocent children? The Vatican openly admitted how the CHURCH was shamed by the very acts of those who should be protecting the children. Instead of using their errors, you should have sided with us in confronting any sexual abuses in any society or institution including yours. So it's unfair to generalize all Catholics when you mean only those corrupt ones should be condemned. You should learn from the author of Noli Me Tangere where you faked your name as "Real Elias Ibarra."

This exposition of clerical abuse only PROVES that JESUS CHRIST who is the founder of the CHURCH still protects it from the attacks of hell. The Holy Spirit who guides the Bishops is weeding out the BAD from the good for "the gates of hell SHALL NOT prevail" against CHRIST's only CHURCH (Mt. 16).
There is no amount of shame and anguish that can easily heal the wounds of betrayal to these clerical abuse victims. The CHURCH vehemently condemns it. We are not saying that the Catholic Church has a PERFECT history but we do have lots and lots of good Catholics who became SAINTS whom you hated for interceding for the whole Church.
The CHURCH is a Church of sinners and saints. We all have to admit utmost humility that we are all sinners and from there we needed a SAVIOR who is JESUS CHRIST the SON of GOD. Pride made other people acting like "gods" and "angels" and proclaimed themselves SUPERIOR to CHRIST by saying "Jesus is ONLY a man" while they proclaimed themselves as "Last Messengers" "Prophets" "Angels". That's blasphemy!
In one of his books, Taylor Marshall, a Catholic convert, clearly pointed out what kind of God we have. Our GOD DOES NOT abandon his chosen people. He didn't find another "Israel" not he find another "Chosen People".
Our God remained faithful in his covenant. And he remained faithful to his Chosen People, the same God remained faithful in his CHURCH. For that he promised "the gates of hell SHALL NOT prevail" against it.
Concerning those dark side of history where the Church was partly to be blamed, the Blessed John Paul II had asked for FORGIVENESS. Among them were:
- The conquest of Mesoamerica by Spain in the name of the Church
- The legal process on the Italian scientist and philosopher Galileo Galilei, himself a devout Catholic, around 1633 (31 October 1992).
- Catholics' involvement with the African slave trade (9 August 1993).
- The Church Hierarchy's role in burnings at the stake and the religious wars that followed the Protestant Reformation (May 1995, in the Czech Republic).
- The injustices committed against women, the violation of women's rights and for the historical denigration of women (10 July 1995, in a letter to "every woman").
- The inactivity and silence of many Catholics during the Holocaust (16 March 1998)
- For the execution of Jan Hus in 1415 (18 December 1999 in Prague). When John Paul II visited Prague in 1990s, he requested experts in this matter "to define with greater clarity the position held by Jan Hus among the Church's reformers, and acknowledged that "independently of the theological convictions he defended, Hus cannot be denied integrity in his personal life and commitment to the nation's moral education." It was another step in building a bridge between Catholics and Protestants.
- For the sins of Catholics throughout the ages for violating "the rights of ethnic groups and peoples, and [for showing] contempt for their cultures and religious traditions". (12 March 2000, during a public Mass of Pardons).
- For the sins of the Crusader attack on Constantinople in 1204. (4 May 2001, to the Patriarch of Constantinople).
Now tell us then, when did the INC of Manalo apologize for the SEXUAL SINS of it's founder, FELIX MANALO?
When did the INC apologize for murdering non-INC members inside your INC chapels by your own Ministers?
When did the INC apologize for brutally hunting members of your rival Ang Dating Daan of Eliseo Soriano?
When did you apologize for ROSE TIPON and the Filipino people for saying that Tipon's book will "cause social unrest" if it will be published, stirring INC members to violence?
When did INC apologized for the violence done by INC members during the so-called "EDSA 3"
And when will your beloved cult apologized for DEMONIZING the Catholic Church in radio, television and in your official magazine Pasugo where your ministers one said it's the "the true Church of Christ (PASUGO Abril 1966, p. 46)." (PASUGO Disyembre 1965, p. 5; PASUGO Oktubre 1959, p. 5; PASUGO Agosto 1962, p. 9; PASUGO Oktubre 1956, p. 1).
Learn to reciprocate. And unless you learn those basics, you better tell your INC in (ka)Diliman to create an offician INC website and publish in books your official teachings then we can start discussing.
Exposing your filthy comments will only prove our arguments that CULTS like yours have no room for sound teachings and civilized talks. You should be in the jungles.

The enemies of Christ persecuted HIM first and then his followers, that kind of hatred and bigotry against the CHURCH we already had MASTERED for the past 2,000 years. Yours is not something new. Your tantrums are just the same tantrums of earlier kids born before your cult's birth in 1914.
In Matthew 10:14-15 our FOUNDER said: "Whoever will not receive you or listen to your words—go outside that house or town and shake the dust from your feet. Amen, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town."
And again in Matthew 12:30 our FOUNDER said: "Whoever is not with me is against me"
And if you CANNOT even show us what's the difference between the "apostate Catholics" from the "true" Iglesia ni Cristo members, then at least you should be reminded by this passage in Matthew 5:44 "But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you."
Have you prayed for the Pope, for the Bishops, for the priests for that matter?
Have you prayed for all your enemies-- Catholics in general?
Have you showed LOVE to us as your enemies?
NONE!
So since we members of the "apostate Catholics" pray for our persecutors and our detractors, perhaps you may want to consider that Matthew 5:45 is NOT against us "that you may be children of your heavenly Father."
And I guess your this is what we, the CHURCH have been doing for the past 2,000 years ago as proclaimed by your own official magazine PASUGO Hunyo 1940, p. 27:
"Papaano ang pag-aalaga at pag-iingat sa pananampalataya? Wala tayong dapat gawin kundi manatili sa mga aral ng Dios na ating napag-aralan. Ito ang ginawa ng unang Iglesia. Sila'y nanatiling matibay sa aral ng mga Apostol. Ganito rin ang dapat nating gawin." [How shall we care for care for our faith? We do nothing except to keep what the Early Church did. They kept their faith strong according to the teachings of the Apostles. This is what we should also be doing.]
If you don't wish blessings from God, then whose blessing do you wish to have? I don't need to spell that out for you.For our God is the Creator, Savior, Protector. We know our God because we are his children (Matthew 5:45).
We know better our God for we have existed for more than 2,000 year now; we compiled the Bible and we set Christian beliefs for many years now in an undoubted AUTHORITY.
And please read your own paid minister's CONFUSION in PASUGO's response to a letter sender.
For that, may Jesus Christ the Lord be praised.
Note: All Pasugo quotes were taken from ANG KATOTOHANAN TUNGKOL SA INK-1914 by Julian Pinzon.
