KNOW THE TRUTH SEMINAR CONTINUES by Atty. Marwil Llasos, O.P.

From Atty. Marwil Llasos, OP Blog- The on-going KNOW THE TRUTH SEMINAR of DEFENSORES FIDEI FOUNDATION has been highly successful. Graced with very good speakers, it is well-attended by participants and even guests froms non-Catholic groups who are open to know the truth.

The seminar is held at the Board Room, 3rd Floor of Amici Building, Missouri cor Connecticut Streets, Greenhills, San Juan. The following are the next topics and speakers:

(1) CHRISTOLOGY: Is Jesus Christ true God and true Man?

REV. FR. CARLOS V. G. ESTRADA ("FR. CAYO") is a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei. Ordained priest on August 15, 1984, he holds a civil degree in Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, from De La Salle University. He has a Masters degree in Philosophy from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. He is currently University Chaplain and a Religion Instructor at the University of Asia & the Pacific in Ortigas Center, Pasig. His priestly ministry has been with university students and with the formation of diocesan clergy. Fr. Cayo is one of the spiritual advisers and lecturers of Defensores Fidei Foundation.


ATYY. MARWIL N. LLASOS, OP (“BRO. MARS”) is a lawyer, professor of law and NGO worker by profession. By vocation, he is a consecrated secular Dominican being a member of the Company of St. Dominic, a Dominican secular institute in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila, where he serves as Formator and Council Member. Bro. Mars is a commissioned lay preacher of the Church and one of the foremost Filipino apologists today. He is an associate member of Defensores Fidei Foundation and serves as its resource person on Catholic Biblical Apologetics and Mariology.

REV. FR. ABRAHAM P. ARGANIOSA, CRS ("FR. ABE") is a Somascan priest and educator. Known as the "apologist-priest", he is an associate member of Defensores Fidei Foundation and regularly defends the faith through his apologetics TV program The Splendor of the Church shown in Aemilianum Educational Communications in Sorsogon City, broadcast live in both local TV & radio. Fr. Abe is the National Spiritual Director of Catholic Faith Defenders (CFD).
