Wala nga bang alam sa Biblia ang mga kaanib ng Iglesia Ni Cristo® maliban sa mga Ministro kaya't sa Pasugo na lamang sila sumasangguni?

Galit na galit ako sau last week when u posted na "INC members ay hindi nagbabasa ng Holy Bible", tamad at umaasa na lng sa ministro at hindi na sinusuri kung tama pa ba ang mga doktrina. Maraming INC Defenders ang na-offend at pina-unlike ka pa nga ni Ka Rebecca Job at Puting Agila. Lumipas ang aking galit at na-realize ko na tama po kayo, minumulat at pinapatamaan nyo lang pala kami. Ayon nga po pala sa doktrina sa loob ng INC, ang salita ng Diyos ay nakalihim sa hiwaga at ang tanging makakaintindi ng hiwaga ay ang mga ministro lamang. Kaya nga po ang alam lang namin basahin ay ang Pasugo. Bawat katiwala ng grupo ay obligado bumili ng limang kopya ng God's Message or Pasugo kada buwan. Kahit wala sa budget ay wala naman po kami magawa dahil nangongonsensya ang aming destinado na tungkulin namin ang gawaing pagpapalaganap. Hindi nila batid na kapos na kapos na nga ang aking sweldo para sa pang araw araw na tustusin sa aking pamilya. Salamat po sa patuloy ninyong paghahayag ng korupsyon at katotohanan. Ngayon ay nabigyang linaw sa akin at sa aking sambahayan na ang iglesia ay hindi na paglilingkod sa Diyos, pawang brainwashing na lang at puro pera pera na lng at ang pamamahala ay ginagawang gatasan kaming mga uto utong miyembro. I am praying na ma-guide ako ng Holy Spirit sa pagbabasa ng Holy Bible at mapag-aralan ko ang "New Covenant" na tinutukoy ninyo.

Ako po si kapatid na Joven O. Sepillo, Sr. isang ministro ng ebanghelyo sa loob ng Iglesia ni Cristo sa loob ng mahigit na 29 na taon, mula nang maordenahan subalit itiniwalag ng Sanggunian kasama ng aking pamilya,​dahil​ sa hindi pagpapasakop sa Pamamahala, ayon sa isinasaad sa unang sirkular na binasa sa buong Distrito ng Leyte East noong Hulyo 25, 2015. Sinabi ko pong una, dahil may sumunod na pagbasa ng sirkular noong Hulyo 29 at 30, 2015. Ang unang pagtitiwalag ay nangyari noong hindi ko sinunod ang bilin ng Central na gumawa ng isa pang video na ang sasabihin ay idinikta na ng tagapangasiwa batay sa tagubilin ng Central. Ang ikalawang pagbasa ay noon pong tanggihan ko ang proteksiyon na iniaalok ng Sanggunian para sa aking pamilya at sa pamilya ng aking anak na si Joven Sepillo, Jr. na isang ministro rin. Marahil kung tinanggap ko po ang proteksiyon na inialok nila ay masasapatan na sila sa unang pagbasa ng sirkular ng pagtitiwalag sa amin.

Nagpasya po akong lumabas upang marinig ng mga kapatid sa buong iglesia ang panig ko dahil pinalilitaw ng Sanggunian ngayon na ako ay lumalaban sa Pamamahala at nagkakalat ng kasinungalingan sa layuning guluhin ang Iglesia. Hindi ko po gagawin iyon, kung mayroon po akong nilalabanan at hinahangad na masawata ay ang mga katiwalian na umiiral sa Iglesia ngayon. Batid ko pong hindi magugustuhan ng mga taga- Sanggunian ang paglabas kong ito. Subalit dahil sa ipinasya nila na ipaalam pa sa mas maraming kapatid na tiwalag na ako at ang aking pamilya, gayong may una nang pagbasa ng sirkular sa pagtitiwalag sa Distrito ng Leyte East na aming kinadedestinuhan, marahil ay marapat lang pong malaman ng mga kapatid lalo na ng mga nakakakilala sa amin ang tunay na dahilan kung bakit humantong kami sa ganitong kalagayan.

Noon pong Hulyo ​18, ​2015 ay lumitaw sa social media ang pangalan ko na isa sa mga ministrong dinukot at hindi makita. Marami pong nakaalam nito kaya sila ay nabahala lalo na ang aming mga kamag-anak. Kinumpirma naman namin sa mga nakakakontak sa amin na ligtas kami at hindi kami nadukot. Naging palaisipan po sa aking pamilya kung bakit ako nakasama sa mga ministrong nawawala gayong tahimik lang kaming tumutupad ng tungkulin sa lokal ng San Roque at Tolosa Extension sa Distrito ng Leyte East. Sino po kaya ang may gawa nito at ano ang kanilang layunin? Noong pong Hulyo 21, 2015 ay pinagawa po ako ng video na ang sasabihin ay “I am INC.” Nakipag-cooperate po ako at ginawa ko ang video batay sa itinagubilin ni kapatid na Rommel Sanvictores ng INCTV at ipinadala po sa kaniyang email. Panatag po kami ng pamilya ko na kung maipalalabas iyon ay maglilinaw na hindi ako nadukot at hindi ako nawawala kundi nasa destino at tumutupad ng tungkulin. Pagsapit ng Hulyo 24, 2015 ay may tinanggap na naman akong tagubilin mula sa Central na gumawa ng panibagong video kasama ang mga kapatid sa lokal na ang sasabihin naman ay “kaming mga maytungkulin at mga kapatid sa lokal ng San Roque, Distrito Eklesiastiko ng Leyte East ay nagpapahayag ng puspusang pagsunod at pagpapasakop upang maligtas” at babati ng maligayang ka-101 kaarawan ng Iglesia ni Cristo. Pag-uwi ko po sa lokal ng San Roque ay dinatnan ko na ang mga kapatid na tinipon ng pangulong diakono batay sa itinagubilin ng Distrito at naroon na rin po ang ministro na kukuha ng video. Hindi po iyon araw ng pagsamba sa San Roque, palalabasin lang na ang video ay katatapos lang ng pagsamba.

MANILA, Philippines - The conflict in the family that leads the influential religious sect Iglesia ni Cristo began even before INC former executive minister Eraño “Ka Erdy” Manalo died in August 2009, an insider said.

The insider recounted that before Eraño died of cardiopulmonary arrest, he allegedly had a misunderstanding with his eldest son Eduardo, the incumbent INC executive minister.

“From what I know, Ka Erdy found out that Ka Eddie’s wife Babylyn was planning to organize a new Iglesia. They were previously evicted from the central office [after the incident],” the source said.

“Ka Babylyn is one of the reasons for this conflict. She is the ally of the Sanggunian (church council) and from what I know, she is their boss,” the source added.

The insider also said that the conflict was one of the reasons Eduardo was rarely seen at the wake of his father.

Eraño died in the arms of Felix Nathaniel “Angel” Manalo, younger brother of Eduardo. Before Eraño died, he told Angel to take care of the INC and all their people, a situation that Angel allegedly thought was his anointment.

Rappler: MANILA, Philippines – Unlike the Catholic Church whose assets are administered by autonomous dioceses, the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) appears to be monolithic, allowing a single person or group of persons to be entrenched in as many INC organizations, foundations or businesses as possible.

In the case of the INC, the footprints of the family of INC auditor and minister Glicerio Santos Jr, appear to be all over the local corporations and foundations of the sect.

In the Catholic Church, which is registered as a "corporation sole," the bishop is a mere temporary caretaker of assets, with the administration of temporal or ecclesiastical assets put under the name of the diocese. This ensures the efficient transfer and administration of Church assets whenever there is a change in leadership.

And because each archdiocese or diocese is autonomous, bishops are not supposed to meddle in the affairs of other dioceses, especially where financial matters are involved. Every diocese has a finance council that makes sure Church funds are being properly used. Despite the checks, the set-up is still imperfect and reports of misused funds still filter through.

Over at the INC where no similar mechanisms are in place, some disgruntled followers are up in arms over the control that one of their ministers, Glicerio Santos Jr, is exercising over church finances.

Santos has been accused of driving a wedge between INC executive minister Eduardo Manalo and his family. Eduardo Manalo’s mother Cristina or "Tenny" and brother Angel appeared on a YouTube video saying their lives were in danger. After they were expelled from the Iglesia, Angel later appealed to his elder brother to talk to them, to no avail.

Clout

Santos’ growing clout and control over the INC’s finances may be one of the reasons why he’s been tagged as the number 2 man in the INC.

His involvement goes beyond the Iglesia's local foundations and corporations, as he also holds executive positions in the different Felix Y Manalo foundations (FYM) scattered in the United States. He is also behind FYM-New Zealand and FYM-Canada.

Here’s what we found from mining corporate documents of the different FYM foundations in the US.

Among countries outside the US with an FYM Foundation branch, at least New Zealand and Canada disclosed online who their directors are.

With only a few exceptions, the personalities behind the FYM US branches are basically the same. Just like in the Philippine INC entities, the Santoses – Glicerio Jr, Glicerio III, and Glicerio IV – are also in most of the foreign-based foundations. One significant name found in the foreign-based Iglesia foundations is Dorothy Kristine Manalo Orosa, a lawyer and the eldest daughter of Eduardo Manalo.

Joy Yuson, a former coordinator of the INC media arm, accused the elder Santos of withdrawing funds from various bank accounts and channeling these to the foundations they control.

In a video posted on the Facebook account of user Sher Lock, Isaias Samson Jr, the former editor-in-chief of INC's official publication Pasugo, insisted that Santos was involved in corrupt practices in the church, and that INC spokeperson Edwil Zabala, general evangelist Bienvenido Santiago, and other ministers knew about it.
