Access the Truth, Iglesia ni Cristo blogspot, OWE ministers and followers, did you really think I was just bluffing?  Why did you think no one took me up on my challenge? I could wait for that elusive bank waiver until I grow roots and it still wouldn’t come.  Know why?  Because the loans are real, as everyone else will see now.  I can tell you who didn’t think of my jabs in FB as bluff – the people who took out the loans themselves!  Come on, people… You know who you are. I was holding out, waiting for you to come to your senses to avoid this embarrassment. But you chose to keep silent. You chose to ignore. And now, my patience has run out.

In all seriousness, my findings did not make me happy. Actually, I almost felt sick reading these loan documents. I felt as though the Administration has sold the very soul of the Church. They knew what they have done, yet they continued to deny, mislead, and deceive the brethren. Do they think they could take their secrets to their grave?  Do they think they could hide them from God? In a verse read during a recent lesson where they try to intimidate the thinking voters who plan to silently express their defiance of the “sold” bloc vote on Election Day, it says:

Evidence of Church Properties Used as Collateral

These are but a small sample among the hundreds of properties owned by “Iglesia ni Cristo” which were used as collateral for loans with Metrobank and AUB.  In particular, the ones shown below are among a very long list of properties used to secure an ADDITIONAL P3 BILLION LOAN with Metrobank and an ADDITIONAL P2 BILLION LOAN with AUB. Remember the word “ADDITIONAL” because that’s significant and I will get back to that later.

Let’s study the first one.

1. TCT RT-113559

Take note that this property was purchased during the time of God’s Last Messenger, Bro. Felix Y. Manalo back in 1944 and preserved by his successor, Bro. Erano G. Manalo.  The property is now worth close to P10 million!  Under the Administration of the current Executive Minister, Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo, this property, along with many others, are at risk of foreclosure if obligations under the loans with Metrobank and AUB secured by this property are not paid in full and on time by INC!

This tells us this property was used to guarantee a principal obligation for THREE BILLION PESOS (P3,000,000,000) with METROPOLITAN BANK & TRUST COMPANY and that this is based on a loan agreement called Second Amendment to Omnibus Loan and Security Agreement among 6 parties:

2. Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company,
3. Iglesia ni Cristo,
4. Felix Manalo Foundation, Inc.,
5. New Era University
6. Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company – Trust Banking Group.

We have been busy trying to sort out the truth from the lies being woven and spread by the wily Sanggunian. If you want the truth, this is where you go. This blog is the official source of news updates on this topic.

Here are the facts (verified true and accurate) as of 7/19/2015 early morning, Philippine time:

1. Bro. Nolan Olarte from Cebu is among the 9 ministers abducted.

Updating our list, so far, we have identified the following ministers:

a. Bro. Boyet Menorca, Sorsogon – handcuffed while officiating worship service, white cloth thrown over his head

b. Bro. Joven Sepillo, Tacloban

c. Bro. Nolan Olarte, Cebu

2. Families of abducted ministers are under strict orders to keep their mouths shut or more terrible fate will befall their abducted minister family member.

3. Some brethren have reported seeing Bros. Arnel Tumanan and Jun Samson at the worship service in Templo yesterday, after we’ve reported Bro. Jun’s expulsion and the two of them being under house arrest. DON’T BE FOOLED, brethren. This is a ruse, a trick. Bros. Arnel and Jun were under strict instructions to act normal, as though it were business as usual, so that the brethren would not suspect anything is amiss. They were being watched the whole time. They will even put them on TV if necessary to deceive you. The Sanggunian wants to make me out to be a liar, after I’ve reported on this blog their true situation.

4. Bro. Arnel Tumanan, and Bro. Jerson Samson (who has been expelled) and the 9 abducted ministers, have been moved to a secret location. Bro. Jun Samson was taken as well but afterward, was taken back to the Central compound housing, where he was seen this morning finishing up on packing their belongings.

5. Radel Cortez (I can’t even call you “Brother” anymore), has led all the interrogations and house arrests, venomous words spilling out of his fuming mouth, while ordering the physical beating of the ministers.

6. Ministers and family members were asked to surrender their passports to the Central Office to ensure that they will not be able to leave country should they decide to escape. This is a violation of Republic Act 8239, THE PHILIPPINE PASSPORT ACT OF 1996, Section 11 which reads:

Sec. 11. Ownership of Passports. — A Philippine passport remains at all times the property of the Government, the holder being a mere possessor thereof as long as it is valid and the same may not be surrendered to any person or entity other than the government or its representative: Provided, That a Filipino citizen may voluntarily surrender his/her passport to a Philippine Service Post for storage and safekeeping for which a proper receipt shall be issued for use when reclaiming the passport at a later date.

It is also a violation of international human rights law which considers freedom of movement an indispensable human right. As per Article 13 of the International Declaration of Human Rights:

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.

(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

Bro. Isaias T. Samson Jr., former Editor-in-Chief of Pasugo Magazine, and his wife Myrna, were expelled today, together with Bro. Jerson T. Samson Jr. and his family. Bro. Isaias and Jerson are brothers, both faithful and honest ministers, who have served the Church for a very long time. Bros. Radel V. Cortez and Matt Pareja led the house arrest and the interrogation. Reports have surfaced that the Samson brothers were both tortured and harmed physically in a futile attempt to get a confession.

Another minister, Bro. Arnel Tumanan, has been placed under house arrest. Bro. Arnel was General Secretary, a member of the Sanggunian, during the time of our late Executive Minister, Bro. Erano G. Manalo. He is loved and adored by brethren, including Bro. Erano himself. He is reported to have been kicked and abused during the interrogation led by Bro. Radel V. Cortez.

A truly sad day for the Church when ministers turns against other ministers so that their evil ways are not further exposed. Innocent after innocent ministers who have served the current and past Administrations with all faithfulness, who have given their lives and energy for the Church, are being punished because they are suspected of being me, or helping me, or sympathizing with the family of the late Bro. Erano G. Manalo. All three “crimes” are punishable by expulsion, and worse, DISAPPEARANCE OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH!

As some of you may know by now, 9 of our Ministers, Workers and other brethren suspected of being either me, Antonio Ebangelista, or are helping me, have been dragged from their homes and held captive on orders from the Central Office. The ministers were abducted by armed men, some of them, INC and some not, but all without conscience, animals who cannot differentiate right from wrong. They only see what they hope to gain, financially and otherwise, from this heinous act against men of God.

The 9 others were taken from Sorsogon, Meycauayan, Cebu, and elsewhere and now, believed to have been moved to Camp Karingal in Quezon City. One of the 9 has been identified as Bro. Boyet Menorca, son of the late Bro. Lowell Menorca, former Administrative Secretary of the Sanggunian during Ka Erano G. Manalo’s Administration.

How swiftly the wheels of injustice moved, in this case, only 1 day after the appointment of a new PNP chief in the person of Ricardo Marquez, whom the INC has lobbied hard for.

My heart cries out for these innocent co-ministers, workers and brethren who are being treated worse than criminals — tortured, interrogated, and held against their will. They were arrested without warrants, their homes violated, their properties trampled on, gadgets stolen, their families traumatized, their close friends interrogated and watched. There is no human law to protect them because that law has been bought – yes, suspension of justice in exchange for votes and INC support this coming election.

First, they had Lito Fruto abducted, again without warrant, and then charged with made-up lies. Bro. Lito was expelled in April 2015 for helping the family of Bro. Erano and because he was making noise about his intimate knowledge of corruption inside the Church. Bro. Lito is out on bail but there are orders from the Central Office to “put him away”. It will be no surprise if he sings to their tune due to fear for his safety and his life in no time.

Now these 10 innocent ministers are being made to endure torture and illegal detention inside a government facility. There are overt threats that other brethren suspected of assisting me, will be next.

These reports continue to come my way that after AE, the family of Bro. Erano G. Manalo will be the final target. They are now heavily guarded by men sent by the Sanggunian, not to protect them, but to make sure they won’t be able to escape. What they have planned for them, I cannot begin to describe, so allow me to quote the report in Tagalog.

To those in government who still have a conscience and to members of the press who still respect their obligation to report the truth, free of censorship, I pose this challenge. I will prove to you that in the present day Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ), power is concentrated in the hands of a few individuals, notably in the members of the Advisory Council, but none greater than in the Santos family. In practice, Bro. Jun wears many different hats. He is the chief strategist and major influencer (if not decision maker) in matters concerning the construction of houses of worship and other buildings including the Philippine Arena, sports complex and stadium. He is the contract negotiator, reviewer, and approver for various construction projects including signing off on contracts for materials and labor. He decides (or is a major influencer on) which long-term assets to acquire when, and which ones to dispose of, for how much, and through whom. He is also the master architect behind all the Guinness-motivated, traffic-disrupting Lingap (Aid to Humanity) activities, medical and dental missions, major propagation projects, centennial and closing centennial celebrations.

In addition, he is the brains behind the production, marketing, and forcible distribution of various UNLAD products to brethren as well as the crafting of an effective payment collection scheme. Co-ministers will attest that he decides on the fate of his fellow ministers, i.e., who gets promoted, demoted, reassigned, taken down, or worse, expelled. And lest we forget, he is also the mastermind behind the creation of the never-ending special, special offerings and the corresponding bended-knee style of devotional prayers to guilt the brethren into giving more. And if you will be able to ask around, every District, every Office, every Section, every Department in the whole of Central and other Bureaus, there is only one name who calls the shots, who makes the decisions, who gives the Go-Signal, who Approves anything and Everything, who has the power to STOP anything and everything, and unfortunately that is no longer the name of our beloved Executive Minister, Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo, ALARMINGLY, IT IS NOW THE RESONATING NAME THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CHURCH, BRO. GLICERIO B. SANTOS JR. As you will see later in this article, this Santos family has surreptitiously, deceitfully and deliberately injected themselves into almost every facet of the Church, MAKING THE SANTOS FAMILY AN INDISPENSABLE FIGURE IN THE CHURCH. In fact, he and his family are directly involved in the executive and day-to-day management of INC companies notably FYM Foundation, the Subic Bay-FYM Foundation, UNLAD, F. Y. Medical Foundation (New Era General Hospital), Maligaya Development Corp., and New Era University (by extension, also the College of Evangelical Ministry). Their power extends not only in the Philippines but globally wherever the Church has a presence. In the United States, Bro. Jun Santos may keep younger sibling Boy on a leash but make no mistake. Bro. Boy Santos is a ruler in his own fiefdom, the Iglesia ni Cristo United States Main Office (USMO). According to fellow ministers in the U.S., he is every bit the tyrant that his older brother is. To those who do not know, USMO “acts as an extension of the Church Administration, assisting in overseeing a vast portion of the globe.” (Ref. http://incmedia.org/usmo-united-states-main-office/). Bro. Boy’s equivalent at the Europe Main Office also bows down to Bro Jun. With so much power to wield and a vast resources at this family’s disposal, is it any wonder the Church is plagued by allegations of: corruption among the Church hierarchy, bribery, political wheeling and dealing, harboring a fugitive, unabashed capitalism, furtive business ventures, more and more Church properties being offered for sale, unexplained wealth of those in the Advisory Council, ministers leading an opulent lifestyle discordant with their stipend, “express” expulsions of suspected brethren dissidents and complete disregard for due process and long established procedures ?

In the words of Mayer Amschel Rothschild, “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws”. Or put another way, he who controls the purse strings… makes the rules. “Mr. Ku attended his first worship service in South Korea which was officiated by Brother Jun (Glicerio B. Santos Jr.). With the aid of a translator, he was able to understand the lesson. In fact, despite the language barrier, he was visibly moved by the singing. of hymns, the fervent prayers, and the orderliness and spirituality of the entire worship service. He recounted, “I was observing Brother Jun and the brethren during their stay here [in South Korea]. I admire their helpfulness, trust, and instant camaraderie even though they were just introduced to each other.”

Then one day, the whole world was startled when we saw the news on TV about JA HOON KU who was arrested for embezzling $200 Million in Korea. But surprisingly he was suddenly released by the swift order of Sec. Pacquito Ochoa and was given to the custody of Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. This act of Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. of flexing the organizational muscle of the Church in influencing Government officials to obey his orders at the expense of Church’ reputation, is truly unbecoming of a Minister. He not only put the name of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in a bad light, feeding a negative news frenzy for quite sometime for harboring a criminal. But surprisingly, Malacañang kept quite about it, then one by one, the news buzz died down…

And instead of expelling Ja Hoon Ku, what did Bro. Glicerio B. Santos do? He took him in, protected his beloved convert, and ofcourse the http://www.theiglesianicristo.blogspot.com gave their opinion about the matter which is, as we all know now, NOT THE OFFICIAL STAND OF THE SANGGUNIAN, because according to THE PRISTINE TRUTH, the Sanggunian do not even know them or that they even existed… so ssshhhhh… hush hush we don’t want to blow their secret, since they too are afraid to reveal who they really are, just a pseudo name.

Isn’t odd that Bro. Glicerio B. Santos put the Church reputation at risk of ridicule and contempt because of one man, well one very rich man? Yet, they persecute and expel brethren who are seeking the truth and asking questions and looking for answers and clarifications? Bro. Lito Fruto, Bro. Jesus Ponce Jr. and his whole family and Bro. If that’s not being judgemental, I don’t know what is…

So what happened now with this Ja Hoon Ku? According to our anonymous-not-official-inc-stand-mr.know-it-all, The Pristine Truth: “Where is Ja now? Ja Hoon Ku is now back in South Korea! He even attended the dedication of the new House of Worship in South Korea. Thus, truly no irregularities, no anomalies took place. He was only temporarily entrusted to the INC until the Supreme Court made a final decision on his case. – Pristine Truth”

So that means, that Ja went all the trouble of evading his government for legal prosecution for his crime, ONLY to go to South Korea to attend the dedication of a new house of worship? Did I read this right Mr. Pristine? Well I guess, Mr. Pristine can provide proof of Mr. Ja’s whereabouts since he obviously knows everything about such church matters although he claims that he is in no way connected officially with the Church Administration, he just knows, period.

Because according to brethren who grabbed this picture from a proud member’s facebook page who was able to attend the gathering, Mr. Ja Hoon Ku was not there during the dedication of the House of Worship in South Korea since he is in hiding from the authorities, that is why his associate was the one who received the Plaque of Appreciation from the Church Administration:

But then again, we could be all wrong and Mr. Pristine could be right, because for all we know, he might have been actually there during the dedication of the house of worship in South Korea, and ofcourse we will take his word for it, he knows all these sensitive information inside the church, while the rest of the Church knows nothing. He knows where Ja Hoon Ku is while other government agents are still looking for him. Just Brilliant!

So now, the Judge that Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. used to favor Mr. Ja Hoon Ku is also in trouble according to the news: “The Supreme Court saw the defiance of Gallegos as disrespecting an order of the country’s highest court. “A resolution of the Supreme Court should not be construed as a mere request, and should be complied with promptly and completely. Such failure to comply accordingly betrays not only a recalcitrant streak in character, but also disrespect for the Court’s lawful order and directive,” the high court said. “Judge Gallegos should know that judges must respect the orders and decisions of higher tribunals, especially the Supreme Court from which all other courts take their bearings,” it added.The high tribunal continued, “When the judge himself becomes the transgressor of the law which he is sworn to apply, he places his office in disrepute, encourages disrespect for the law and impairs public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary itself.””

So according to the unofficial opinion of the non-Sanggunian-related Mr. Pristine, “Let’s not be judgemental”… So where is Ja Hoon Ku again Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr.? Since you are the custodial caretaker, and according to Mr. Pristine you are not hiding him, kindly inform the public where he is and please do the right thing and release him to the proper authorities, so you can atleast minimize the bad reputation you have inflicted upon the church administration and the church as whole. Everybody knows the political muscle of the Church (except Mr. Pristine or atleast he pretends to be too naive about it), that is why government officials bend to the will of the “powers that be”. But to use these powers for vested interest or in the favor of an individual at the expense of the whole church, is….is… *sigh*, I am already at a loss for words, you be the one to call it as it is. And anybody who’s stupid enough to think that Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. had no hand in this fiasco is probably in too much denial or is in need of a CT Scan of the head.

Lastly, please allow me to quote this: “When the judge himself becomes the transgressor of the law which he is sworn to apply, he places his office in disrepute, encourages disrespect for the law and impairs public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary itself.”

If there is a profession most honorable, most respected and most revered above all profession, it is the holy MINISTRY inside the Iglesia Ni Cristo. So if among the judiciary, Judges are expected to have the highest level of integrity, what more for the Ministers of the Iglesia Ni Cristo… So when the Minister himself becomes the transgressor of the Doctrines which he is sworn to apply, he places his Ministry in disrepute, encourages disrespect for the Doctrines and impairs the brethren’s confidence in the integrity of the Ministry itself….

Let the Ministers in the Sanggunian ponder upon this for a while…
